Good prices poor service
While TrekkInn frequently has good deals on gear, deliveries to Ireland take a long time. Delivery estimates when placing the order are wildly inaccurate. Additionally, customer service is very poor when something goes wrong.

The item arrived late so I had to…
The item arrived late so I had to purchase another one from elsewhere. I contacted them to return it and it is still sitting waiting to be collected. I have contacted them at least a dozen times by email and on the website but all I get is generic responses or responses where the customer serviec agent has clearly not read my email as they dont address any of the issues raised. I have never dealt with such a frustratingly bad company. I am now at a complete loss as to how to return the item and get my refund owed. Do not use this company if you need something on time or if you are even 1% unsure of the item you are buying.

Trekkin is a large scale scam
Trekkin is a large scale scam. They take your order, you receive an email with tracking number stating it’s delayed but the tracking number is invalid. Look at the comments on the instagram page where everyone is experiencing the same issue/scam.
They don’t respond with any detail, just AI generated garbage asking for patience for weeks.
No refund or cancellation option.

I am writing once again because I have still not received any response regarding my order.
According to the tracking information, my package has been held by the Brazilian postal service since June 24, and I have received no explanation or assistance from your company.
This equipment was purchased specifically for an important event that will take place on July 17 (next Friday). Unfortunately, because of the lack of communication and support, I will most likely not receive the product in time, which is extremely frustrating.
I urgently request that someone from your team provide me with a clear update on the status of my shipment and advise what action is being taken to resolve this issue.
I would also appreciate a more direct communication channel with your customer service. At this point, the lack of after-sales support has been very disappointing. As a customer, I expected much better assistance after completing my purchase.
If I continue to receive no response or no concrete solution, I will have no choice but to publicly share my experience on social media and other communication platforms to make other customers aware of the difficulties I have faced with your company's after-sales service.

Slow delivery - and high cost of returns
Bought via ferrata gloves for a forthcoming holiday - they arrived too late after I'd left given that it looks like they came from mainland Europe. The arrival date was much later than the date given when I ordered them, and later also than the date of delivery given when I got the e-mail saying they had been shipped. As a result I had to buy more when I arrived in Italy. I've just tried to return them now - however they are asking for £11 to print a shipping label for a pair of gloves which which weigh nothing and only cost £22. I think this company could be much clearer about where they actually hold stock, the uncertainties on delivery timings, and the high cost of returns.
