Product came too late! You order in Denmark but there is no information that the products is sent from other country! Then you do not get any support, any email you can write to. It says on the webside that the trecking boots are Adidas but they are not! They have nothing to do with Adidas! This is a cheating page.

I placed an order on May 5th with order…
I placed an order on May 5th with order number 68561565 through what I believed was a Dutch webshop. The package was supposed to be delivered to a parcel locker near my home, but the locker was broken and could not be opened. Because of this, I was unable to collect my package and after several days it was automatically returned to the sender.
Since then, I have sent multiple emails asking when I would receive my refund, because the package has already been returned. Unfortunately, all I receive are standard automated replies in English saying that I will get my money back once the package arrives at their warehouse.
Meanwhile, it has been almost one month and I still have not received a refund. I also cannot track the package anymore through the DPD website, so at this point I have no idea where the package even is.
What frustrates me the most is that I specifically ordered from what appeared to be a Dutch webshop, yet I now have to communicate in English while only receiving generic copy-paste responses that do not actually help solve the issue.
At this point I am honestly tired of having to chase my own money like this. I simply want clarity, proper customer service, and my refund back.

I've seen many of you from South Africa guys panicking about buying on Trekkinn , hey I'm here to testify that indeed they are legit !! I bought a samsung galaxy tab s10 ultra and made a huge mistake sticking on the default SAPO as my courier option so I just canceled my order after seeing the was no option to migrate to another shipping company except canceling my order , it's been 3 days and they refunded me ! I'm so thrilled by their honesty !😍

Ordered shoes and a CCF sleeping pad via DPD parcel station delivery. I kept receiving messages that the package has been rerouted and it will be sent back to the sender.
Ar first they didnt provide the correct DPD tracking number so I had to ask support for that.
Then I opened ticket about the status of the package since it kept getting rerouted.
In the end I contacted DPD myself and they said that the package was too big for a parcel station. Its a shoe box and a sleeping pad. The package shouldnt be so big that it cant fit inside one of the larger DPD lockers.
Meanwhile the only response I got from them was just a generic template and that I should contact DPD myself.
Maby dont offer shipping via carrier that cant deliver your package?
When I sent the info I received from DPD to them, they just responded with the same generic tenplate that theres a problem and I should wait or contact The carrier myself. So basically they didnt even read my support ticket and if theres problems with the shipping its your job to try to contact the carrier and find out that Trekkinn just sent a package thats too large. I wonder how long I would have waited if I didnt ask for the correct tracking number and then try to reach DPD. I requested a refund and received 2 more answers to my ticket that I should wait or contact DPD. Absolute banger of a customer service.
