Stay away from buying from this company. For the high price point of these chairs, the quality is such a disappointment. Within the first year of owning the Capital Cane Armchairs, they are falling apart. We rarely sit on our chairs and the rattan strands break off easily and even one of the chair frames broke while being in use. Customer service is non existent, they don't reply to their emails. The only way I got a response is direct messaging through their Instagram page. It took over 2 months for them to ship out one chair replacement and a $125 shipping cost. When I emailed them about why there was such a delay, I still have received no response.

They didn't put "fragile" on the box so the box and chair were damaged. I sent them a lot of pictures of everything and they asked for more pictures. Then they told me I had to keep the huge box and broken chair in my small condo until they processed their insurance claims. It was a huge waste of time emailing them back and forth and sending them 36 pictures of the damage. The shipping department needs to put "fragile" on the box so UPS knows not to stack other boxes on top of it.

I'm so excited to find these chairs because i've been wanting Pierre Jeanneret design for a long time. Based on this very detailed and entertaining website it appears these chairs are accurate in both material and quality production. Can't wait to receive them.
