I give zero stars to Treegens and like…

I give zero stars to Treegens and like all you others, have been sucked in to paying $31 for a yellow foam ball. I have entered into a dispute with them but I know my money is gone and I am fighting a losing battle. DO NOT deal with this company ever!

I ordered this on June 10 for my…

I ordered this on June 10 for my nephews birthday which was this week. It arrived on Friday. Instead of receiving the “golf game” as advertised it was one foam golf ball. I contacted customer service to request a refund and they told me I received what I had ordered which was one of three options. Completely misleading and frustrating!

Like everyone else - they're SCAMMERS

Like everyone else, I'm a victim of the foam nerf golf ball scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The advertising and the website lead you to believe you're getting the game with boards. That is not what you get. All correspondence from the company to me stated I got what I ordered. So I went back to the website to investigate. It looks like a list of items that are included in the order, but actually if you click the item, the "sphere" shows $22. So what looks like a list (it doesn't appear to be something to click on) has different prices. And now I see they've removed that site (Treegens.com) all together and now have a new site, and it is deceptive too. I'm filing a complaint through PayPal also.

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS! DO NOT SEND MONEY.
I would give them zero stars. They sent me foam golf balls for $31.00 when i ordered a game for Fathers Day. Package came 3 weeks later. Several emails requesting return label and they refuse to comply. They tried to get more monry from me to ship the game. I am disputing charges with PayPal and filing a complaint.

Horrible company! Don't order from them!!!

I don't even want to give them one star. I ordered a golf game that was advertised for 50% off and received one golf ball 3 weeks later. I didn't receive the actual game. I went to the post office since tracking the item said it was delivered. It was not. I then emailed the company twice since this is the only way to reach them. They then said I only ordered the ball. Really!? A golf ball for $40. Their website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back, what a joke!! They will NOT give you back any money!! A fake company and false advertising!!!

No product and no refund. Stole my money.

Fake company. They stole my money. I am not convinced they ever sent a package. They replied to me but can't make a complete sentence easily. First they confirmed delivery in my mailbox (which it clearly would not fit) then they said the post office never delivered it to me. The post office bent over backwards to try to find a package but no luck. Treegens will not ship another package and stopped responding to my emails when I asked for a refund. This site needs to be shut down immediately.

Fraudulent Company- Stay Away

I had the same exact experience as the other reviewers. This company’s business model is to steal from people, plain and simple. Do not ever buy anything from this company- you will not get the product you ordered and you will have no recourse.

SCAMMERS DON’T BUY FROM THEM
They lead you to believe you are getting a golf game when in fact you are getting a tiny yellow foam ball. 22.99 for a foam ball plus shipping.
SHAME ON YOU
I’m disputing this charge.

I ordered the corn hole golf game for my husband on June 10. Today I received a yellow nerf golf ball. With shipping $34 for a golf ball?! I don’t think so! I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, and I am contacting the better business bureau to file a complaint.

Golf balls instead of golf games

On June 2, 2020 I ordered two (2) Outdoor Golf Games at a charge of $54.97 (games + shipping). An email confirmation was received to that effect.
On June 4, 2020 my bank notified me that the $54.97 had been withdrawn from my account.
On June 6, 2020 I received an email stating that my shipment was on its way.
On June 17, 2020 I received a package in my mailbox that contained two (2) yellow, nerf golf balls. I did not receive two (2) Outdoor Golf Games, each which should have had two (2) equipment boards the size of a typical corn hole board.
On June 19, 2020 I viewed the tracking information that was provided in the June 6, 2020 shipping notification. It did indeed indicate that I received a package, which was delivered at 3:02 in or at my mailbox on June 17, 2020. This was the package containing the two (2) yellow, nerf golf balls.
On June 19, 2020 I sent emails with a subject line of “Purchased Outdoor Golf Games not received” stating all the information I have mentioned above, with all the necessary documentation attached and requesting either the games or a refund.
On June 20, 2020 I received a reply from each of the above listed emails. The first stated “Dear Buyer, you have ordered golf only. there is no more item included. You can check our web-store. As you are important Buyer and you are not satisfied we would like to offer you 15% refund to make you satisfy. Thanks for your understanding. Best Regard urmee The second, from Fastreplys state’s “Dear customer, we did not send you wrong product there are three options for our products, your order is only two golf ball have a nice day Missy
For the record, there is no way that I would pay $54.97 for two (2) yellow, nerf golf balls. I should receive a full refund or at least a refund less the cost of those two (2) golf balls.
