Good experience
The website was easy to use and they quickly sent me an email with all the info about my treatment and prescription. I had the exact same experience as another recent reviewer where most pharmacies are closed for New Years, so I emailed after my order to ask them to transfer it to an open one. They responded in a few minutes and switched it. Prices are very reasonable, too.

Highly recommend!!
I cannot recommend this service enough! It always seems to be a weekend or holiday when I get a UTI. I could’ve gone to the walk in clinic, but I felt terrible at 5am with urinary urgency and frequency. I did not want to get ready and leave my house, especially with having the symptoms I had. I came across this site online and I’m so glad I did. As a nurse, I felt the questions were an appropriate assessment for a UTI. The physician was prompt in responding to me with an email. My script was sent to my pharmacy before they even opened. I received a text within 10 minutes of the pharmacy opening. I’m very thankful I came across this site. I highly recommend this site and will share this with friends and family.
P.S. The fact that the question was asked if a certain medication has worked well in the past, and lists medications, is a great idea.

First time user but it was a seamless experience! Right before the holiday weekend and the pharmacy I had selected was closed so the team went ahead and changed my order to a different location and all was resolved. Thank you all for a wonderful experience. ☺️

Exceptional service and response!
Exceptional service and response. The pharmacy I had my prescriptions sent to was closed and as it is New Year’s Eve they will not reopen for two days. I emailed to ask to have it transferred to an open pharmacy and was panicked as they are only open for two more hours. They responded to my email in minutes and transferred the prescriptions in time for me to get them. Thanks to this service I will be able to treat my UTI and not spend my New Year in misery. I absolutely recommend this service.
