I hadn't realized that there was anything one could do about bunions, but once mine started making it hard to fit into my shoes and made the second toe raw I knew I had to look into doing something. When I saw your bunion straightener it made great sense to me. I have only had it for a short time, but my toe is feeling better already. I also got a smaller sleeve to fit over the big toe and the second toe which I did not like as much because it didn't fit well in my shoes. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase.

If I can gave them a 0 I will , for not be an honest with costumer you buy and pay for something do you need not for broken item and still they keep have of your money because they don’t want to refund you a full money. I offer to return this item and they say they don’t send a return label you keep this junk but they keep 50% of your money safe your money don’t buy with this crooked.

In good faith I ordered the bunion corrector. It arrived quite a bit later than they said it would. I tried it once and realised it is not for me. Uncomfortable and difficult to set.

I have now sent 2 emails to the support team, and no response, so far.
I look forward to receiving instructions for the return of these items ( and by the way, there was absolutely nothing included in the package ( no instructions, nothing! )

I have been using this Bunion fix for 3 months now.
However, it is not as effective as it claimed to be. My bunion is still protruding out. I can only use it for 3 hours each time as my bunion hurts if I used longer than that.

I have overlooked the 90 -day return date, which is from the date of delivery. Just overshot by 3 days and they insisted that no refund is allowed. I intend to give the product a fair try up to 3 months.
I am immensely disappointed by the outcome of the policy and the result of the product. I even endeavoured to provide a general review of the product upon insistent requests from the company, despite the product not working well for me. Would not recommend this product. Buy at your own risk.

Great customer service! I had a torn MCL and an injured PCL, but since I started using the Kneemedy machine, my knees feel brand new. I use it several times a day and have noticed a tremendous difference in both comfort and mobility!

The process of ordering was simple. The communication from the company from the time I ordered until I received the product was amazing. The timing of the delivery was fast so I didn't have to wait long to start my journey.

The product is very durable and easy to use. There is no excuse not to use it while sitting and watching TV in the evenings or while I sit at my vanity in the morning getting ready for my day.

I have been using the bunion brace for about 2 weeks now and it really works!
I do a lot of running and tennis
And it’s a game changer
Started with a couple hours and now can sleep with it
Hardly any pain now , but , to be fair , i caught the problem very early so don’t wait !

I received my product in a very timely manner. I have been using 1-2 hours in the evening while I’m watching TV. My bunion pain has definitely lessened. I’m hoping to increase the time using it for even more results. I love the natural approach far more than a surgical one without guaranteed results. I would definitely recommend this product. I wish the toe strap was longer. My toe strap broke after several months of every day use. No positive results on my bunion getting better.

Really well made bunion corrector that is adjustable and provides push to the bone/joint as well as pull to the toe so aligns the joint more anatomically correctly than others. Strong Velcro so I'm hopeful it will last a long time.

I purchased two bunion fixes and I’m really happy with my decision to try this product. Wearing pointed shoes most of my life and career my feet really took a punishment. So now that I am retired I no longer wear this style shoe and I wanted to get rid of my advanced terrible bunions. So far the bunion fix is beginning to realign my big toes and toe joints, reducing my bunions. I’m patient and know that the reduction in size of my bunions will take time but I’m optimistic that the bunion fix will improve my current misalignment. I recommend that you give this product a try. I have only been using this brace about 2 weeks, but already feel relief. I have worked retail for almost 50 years with flat feet! The stretch takes much of the cramping I experience at the end of s long day away!

I use it twice daily and in conjunction with intra articular PRP/HA injections ( x 3 ) , i have had significant relief for my chronic knees. I am far more active, can do most things I want to ( stand up paddle board, golf, yoga, cycling etc ). Life is good.

I am wearing these everyday with hopes that it fixes my problem

I used the neckmedy for about a week (with little effect, positive or negative), until I felt a weird tingling on the left side of my heart. I tried it again the next day with the same weird feeling. I stopped using it because I was so scared!

Although ordering the product was easy, returning it was frustrating, bureaucratic, inefficient, and unsympathetic.

When I first wrote for a refund, explaining why, he said he'd have to check with the team for the process. What?!? No concern about this product affecting my heart??? No set process for easy returns???

Then he offered my half a refund to keep the product, never saying anything about what it did to my heart. I would never use the product again and don't want to give a potentially dangerous product to anyone else. He finally gave me an address to send it to with the instructions that everything had to be included, of course, and that there couldn't be any fingerprints, which is weird.

After sending it back and providing the tracking number, I had to follow up again and then finally got my refund.

So, this neckmedy is a potentially dangerous product and it's a company with weak customer service skills, but I'm glad they honored their money-back guarantee.

Update:
Their response below is the first hint of sympathy that they have shown in my case, so I think it is just PR and damage control, but not sincere. Also, they didn't explain why they don't have a simple return process.

I ordered the bunion device and it came promptly. I tried it right away and it did move the big toe back toward the other toes. The next day, my toe was a little sore so I waited a few days to try again. I’m sure I left it on too long the first day. The next time, I left it on for an hour and that worked well. I will continue to use it. It’s easy to have it on when watching tv or reading. I think it takes awhile before you see improvement in reducing the bunion, but I think it’s possible.
