I bought a hair curler in November. It began to be used at Christmas. After 4 or 5 uses it caught fire and stopped working. I sent an email to technical support, accompanied by photographs. I didn't receive a response. I already sent an email through your institutional page, but you also did not respond. I asked the question via Instagram DM and still have no response. After all, what kind of company are they? Do they sell products and not provide adequate technical support? Are they not covered by European consumer law? What a terrible service and what a disappointment.
Bought this on 1st February 2025.

I've had mine for literally 6 months and it's just blown up on me. I had read bad reviews about it, but thought surely not and now it has happened to me. Please dont do what I did and ignored the advice of others. Oh and the delivery was ridiculous too - took way too long.

I purchased this TravX 6 in 1 Airstyler beginning of November.
After using approximately 5 times it blew at the weekend and then smoked.
Contacted TravX asking for a refund as it's obvious the product is faulty.
I was advised after careful consideration they would not refund me.
Avoid this product.
Purchased as a Christmas present , faulty when opened , dangerous product , strong burning smell and very hot , does not work at all .
Refusing to deal with the issue as reported just over 30 days . No level of warranty offered with product so stuck with a faulty useless item and paid £59.99 for the privilege, strongly advise to avoid this company .
I purchased the Airwrap on December 2, 2024, and received it on December 9, 2024.
After trying it the same day, I quickly realized it was not what I expected and decided to return it. The device is extremely loud, and I was simply not satisfied with its performance.
I contacted customer service on December 9 and December 11, but I only received a response on December 16, advising me to watch tutorial videos. This was incredibly frustrating, as my request was completely ignored. I had clearly stated that I wanted to return the product, yet they failed to provide a return label.
The customer service experience has been terrible—long response times, generic automated emails, and no real effort to resolve my issue. It is now February 2025, and I still have not received a proper response.
This company does not take its customers seriously. Avoid at all costs!!!!
Returned the Hairstyler product on the 3rd November and yet to receive the refund payment up till today.
Emailed the customer support many times but there was literally no response. Tried calling the phone number listed on the website and the number wasn't in use. The customer service is very bad and I hope to have a resolution quickly on where my refund payment went
I wish I can give negative rating. Looks like they are a scam and their delivery partner which is Couriers please is a big scam tooo. I ordered my hairstyler from them and never got it. Chasing them on the emails for a month and now they stopped responding. Looks like my money went in vein 🙄 I wish we can report them and stop their shitty business.
Broke down after 6 months. I was promised a replacement but had never received it. Customer service stopped responding
Have ordered the hair wrap for me daughter for Xmas. Took my money, no item received. When I emailed them they said to speak with parcel force which I have done and my tracking number does not match my address hence why I haven’t got my purchase. Parcel force have suggested I speak with Travx again and that is where the communication went dead. I want my money back and it’s becoming a fight to even have an email answered.

My hairdryer was a bit broken after some months usinh it and Ive sent them a video of it and inmediately they sent me a new one. Super happy and impressed with their service.

Please don’t buy. The air styler is difficult to change the attachments. No way to contact the manufacturer easier. I have emailed them but still no response. Unfortunately the one I attached (the would not come off) was the curler and I tried using it but it just works as a drier. Not really curling my hair. The video that they have doesn’t have an English dubbed (not helpful at all). No contact number to call. Mind you, I paid for warranty for this device. Please save yourself and don’t buy. It arrived after a week.
I want to return the product. It's not easy to work with, it doesn't curl easily and curls last for seconds. I'm not satisfied, I can't work with this product.

Have placed an order with the expectation to receive the product 2 days after max (as stated that product would be sent the day after). After one week still no sending confirmation nor any reply to my emails (which is also stated that after 48h i should have a reply).
No product, no contact. Basically a loss of my money!
Received a machine that does not work like I would. They have an 30 days try out, so that should not be the problem.
Now I am sending e-mails to TravX since 10th of november and didn’t receive any reaction to my 7 mails. They have no return adress on the website and the costs for return are also not clear. I paused my Klarna payment and will contact my insurance company soon. Don’t buy anything from this shit company!! I want my money back!
