Book a flight with Travofinder 1878.00 charge to my card, them then in an email i was told the flight was not booked to call. Called and the flight had changed due to one of the two tickets could not be guarantied and it will be an additional charge but they would refund me the money. It took three days for the money to get back to me then a 563.00 charge went to my card. Tried calling the number and it has been changed or disconnected. The next day they called me on WHATSAPP. This should not happen. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

I mistakenly booked a flight through this company after being redirected from another website. The next day, I received a call saying my flight was not actually booked because it was a “discounted ticket.” I was then told the only option was a different flight five days later, and they tried to charge me an additional $4,000.

This was never disclosed during the booking process. The entire situation felt misleading and unprofessional. I immediately contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge.

This company is a joke. I would strongly advise others to avoid them and book directly with airlines or reputable travel sites.

Travofinder is a scam.
I first thought I found a good flight for a reasonable price. Once I made my poor decision to trust them and purchase the ticket they waited more than three hours to confirm it. I received a call from one of the employees and they let me know that my seat is not available and I needed an upgrade for $150.00, if I decide to not do it or cancel, my money would be all gone. When I checked the actual page of the flight company the seats were indeed still available. I learned the hard and expensive way and now try to help others to avoid it.

I had made a reservation through cheap flights at Travofinder site and I had to change the date and they said I cannot as its a cheap flight sector ,then they did it at a fee and said my initial amount will be refunded but it has been 2 wks and I have not gotten 596 dollars in my account.later I was told 400 dollars will be deposited. Till now am trying to call but no answer given nor picked up even. It's very annoying for an international traveller to be stuck like this. There is neither honesty nor basic courtesy.

I booked and thought it was confirmed only to find out that it wasn't and I had to pay extra in order to be confirmed. What a bunch of BS! It would have been cheaper and more of an honest experience had I just booked through the airline itself. I wish I would have read reviews before going through with the purchase which I could not get out of.

Travofinder is a fraud in air ticketing. They exploited me financially to $1200+ merely for buying a flight ticket. I regretted ever using them, better purchase directly from airline.

I had a great experience with Sky smith on the call today she helped me with the checking and. She was very patient, clear, and made sure to check and explain everything carefully for me.

ace cooper was very easy to communicate with and helped a lot too with changes with the flight, I did so much changes and still they where very patient and kind

I got on the website with a deal.

I bought a ticket for the deal.

Later on i got a mail the deal was done and i did not had it.

They told me i could not cancel and get my money back as i accepted this but i accepted it for this service.

I could only change it and they doubles the price without luggage.

Clearly a scam!

This company is fake! It is not based in Florida but likely in India. You "book" a flight on its website, and then they call you incessantly for more money. If you have any common sense, you will only go through actual airlines like United, Delta, or Air Canada.
