Disaster from Start to Finish (Avoid This Agency!)
I had the worst experience with this travel tour. I traveled with my two one-year-old boys and gave very specific requirements to ensure their safety and comfort. Every single request was ignored.
The Logistics:
Despite requesting a maximum of 2–3 hour travel segments, we were forced into 4–5 hour drives. The driver didn't even plan for lunch stops, which is a nightmare when you have hungry infants. To top it off, the car provided was a 2006 Toyota Innova in a shocking state of disrepair.
The Accommodation:
I asked for 3 to 4-star hotels. What I received was so sub-standard that I had to book and pay for new hotels out of my own pocket. The agency didn't even notify the hotels that infants were coming—there were no cots or basic preparations made for my children.
The Service (or Lack Thereof):
The "support" from the travel representative was nonexistent. He would not answer me regularly; I had to call several times just to get a single response. Even after explaining the situation, he did absolutely nothing to compensate us or rectify the errors.
They took our money and abandoned us. Do not trust this company with your family holiday.
Extremely Unsafe & Harassing Experience with Adventure Mania via TravelTriangle – Avoid At All Costs
I booked a Uttarakhand trip through TravelTriangle, and the trip was handled by their partner *Adventure Mania*. The entire experience was extremely disappointing, unsafe, and mentally harassing for my family, including a 4-year-old child, parents above 60 years, and a diabetic in-law.
1. Poor and Misrepresented Hotel Quality:
The hotels provided were of very poor quality and did not match what was promised at the time of booking. This company agent doesn’t change the stays at Trihari, Haridwar upfront even after multiple requests made prior to the trip, saying that this is the best hotel in town. But this hotel has stained bedsheets, peeling walls, broken intercoms. Rooms were substandard and uncomfortable overall, and when I raised complaints on WhatsApp, the agent doesn't responded completely ignored the issues instead of trying to resolve them. The company also maximises stays at Rudraksh hotel, Mussoorie as this property belongs to the company (or Mr. Sonu Kumar, agent). We had asked them to reduce unnecessary 3 days stays to 2 days (on the 1st day of stay) at the hotel and instead on the way to Auli provide an alternative stay or I would make my own arrangements with my money to avoid ~10+ hrs of travel time to Auli, as all sightseeing is already completed. This hotel has no glasses on windows causing the room to be very cold.
2. Forced to Arrange Our Own Stay:
a) Because of the terrible hotel conditions and the agent’s refusal to change the property, I had to make my own hotel arrangements at additional personal cost. Initially, travel agent Ms. Zara A agreed to remove the charge of Rs. 5,000/- of Rudraksh hotel as we hadn’t planned to stay there since day 1. But later Mr. Sonu forced us to pay that amount as well.
b) Initially agreed with Ms. Zara said that the TravelTriangle platform fees of Rs. 600 would be borne by them. However, they have forcefully extracted this money as well in subsequent hotel checkouts. They just give false commitments to sell the trip and later they will make you stranded or stuck in hotel for forcefully payments by harassing.
3. Harassment and Extortion on the Road:
The worst part of the trip was how the remaining payment was taken from me. On the instructions of the agent, the driver stopped the vehicle in the middle of the road in chilling temperatures between remote location of Rudraprayag towards Auli, and demanded all remaining payment to agent (out of 98000, the 67000 has been already paid). Also driver asked us to pay Rs. 12,000 on the spot without which he refused to start the vehicle. We were stranded there for almost an hour in cold, wet weather conditions. Mr. Sonu didn’t listen to my voice, used abusive language, and adamantly asked me to pay the full remaining amount otherwise my family would be left at that place and the cab would be called back. Looking at this harassment and no help available in such remote conditions for me and my family (with a 4-year-old child, parents above 60 years, including a diabetic), I had to pay Rs. 12,000 cash (which I had brought for travel expenses) to the driver to move the car. After recharging my discharged mobile at a nearby tea center, I paid the remaining amount to Mr. Sonu. I ended up paying the full amount unwillingly, only to protect my family from further harassment and health risks.
4. Last Day Downgrade and Misleading Vouchers at Roar Resort:
On the final day, to sell the tour they are using incorrect misleading vouchers and booking hotels with basic rooms instead of what was promised. As per the voucher shared after booking, our stay at Roar Resort was supposed to be in cottages, but we were downgraded to a basic room without notice. When we called the booking agent Ms. Zara, she claimed it was "wrongly booked" and insisted we stay there anyway. Even after escalating to her manager Mr. Sonu, he refused to agree, stopped picking up calls, and denied any fault in their planning. The team shared conflicting copies of vouchers—one on travel triangle website and different ones to us—clearly deliberate incorrect practice to sell the trips.
5. No Action Despite Repeated Communication:
Even after multiple to-and-fro communications with the agents and TravelTriangle company, we have received no proper response, apology or action to resolve these issues, refund extra costs, or address the harassment.
Our family trip to Gujarat from 21st - 27th Dec25
- The itinerary had a visit to the Earthquake Museum in Bhuj on a Monday when the museum has a weekly off. The itinerary had a visit to the Palace/Museum in Jamnagar on a Wednesday when it has a weekly off.
- The car battery had to be replaced midway through the tour which speaks about the upkeep and servicing of the vehicle.
- There was a change in driver wherein neither Travel Triangle nor its transport agent had any clue about for 3 hours and I received the information post multiple calls to them.
- They had put visits to 3 sites in Jamnagar on the final day of the tour when there was hardly anytime to have lunch after driving from Somnath to Rajkot (they just had to fill their itinerary without any thought of the distance and time for the journey.
- Both drivers had very less knowledge of the local geography and had to rely on google maps most of the time.
Positives:
- The hotels were good and centrally located.
Worst Expernce with Travel Triangle
Sharing my experience with TravelTriangle and their agent Crimson voyages via whom we had booked our Sri Lanka trip. This isn't a personal rant against anybody but purely based on what we went through.
travel dates: 9-14 Dec
Main characters involved here are ]Chetana Sharma from travelTriangle and Nurshida from Crimson Voyages
Everybody was very nice until we booked the trip. Nurshida had assured us that we will get the Nuwara Eliya train tickets and all. Never ever once did she mention reading the T&Cs for the same. We trusted her based on the conversations we had. At the last minute we were asked to pay more for the train tickets as they were not able to book or whatever. We had no choice but to pay extra. We raised this with TravelTriangle but trust me they all are hand in glove and absolutely no ownership, accountability or customer service. So whatever negotiations we had with Nurshida she negated that with this extra money like a ransom as we were just a few days away from our travel date.
Next comes the payment options. I paid the advance online and the remaining I requested or rather checked if I can pay online instead of paying in LKR after reaching. I asked if I could pay once we landed. The moment I mentioned this both Chetana and Nurshida were ready to cancel my trip. Imagine 2 days prior the travel agent is threatening to cancel your trip. I mean I was just asking and these guys have zero customer service and the tone and the manner was really pathetic.
Now there were floods in Sri Lanka and hence I was concerned. I checked with Nurshida on the situation there and then she said everything was fine and we will be able to have our trip as per the itinerary. However one we landed we were informed that we cannot have the train ride or visit Nuwara Eliya. This meant we had to miss Ella Safari and can't visit Adam's peak. These were a must for our trip. In fact we would have canceled had Nurshida informed us about this. Moreover we were asked to go to the Colombo fort station to get the refund. We got the refund eventually with deductions.
Once we landed I made the payment and things started to worsen. The driver was not helpful at all. He never suggested places or restaurants and was just trying to save his fuel, time and efforts. The hotels were average and one hotel at Kandy Sndriana Lake View was the worst. They didn't offer eggs for breakfast and asked us to pay extra for the same. I called Nurshida but she didn't answer and she called back after multiple calls and that was too late. She called after we'd checked out and said that the hotel confirmed that they offered eggs which was a blatant lie.
The trip continued to be average and we managed on our own via google etc and instructed the driver accordingly. Not once did the agent or TravelTriangle check on our well being and how the trip was progressing. So this is a warning and suggestion for travellers to avoid such fake and non reliable cheaters and look for a reliable platform and agent for any trip that you plan. It takes lots of effort and money to plan a trip with your loved ones, however it gets spoiled by such people who don't care about customers. So please be super cautious.
I am posting this on all possible platforms for awareness.
Nightmare Travel Experience with Travel Triangle
This September 2025 we booked 4days, 3nights Kerala package, with Travel Triangle (through travel triangle representative Aisha), they gave three quotes and finally the package was booked through Comfort Destination Pvt Ltd (CDPL) run by Sameer Sinha.
The Trip was nothing short of a complete disaster. What was supposed to be a relaxing and well-organized vacation turned into a frustrating, stressful, and deeply disappointing experience — all due to the mismanagement, false promises and unprofessional behavior of the agent and his team.
Agents like Aisha, Sameer Sinha are only interested in collecting their undeserved commission while misleading customers with false promises. They sells 4-star packages and deliver budget-level experiences. Once the payment is done, you're on your own. The complete lack of professionalism, incompetence, and disrespect we experienced is reason enough for us to never book with Travel Triangle or Comfort Destination again.
Travel is supposed to be a joyful experience — but due to this agency, ours was full of stress, deception, and disappointment. I strongly advise others to stay away from this agent and this company if you value your money, peace of mind, and time.
Experience Details:
1. False Promises & Last-Minute Changes
Right until the very last moment, we were shown images and confirmations for a 4-star hotel in Munnar. But just before the trip, Sameer claimed there were no rooms available and downgraded us to a 3-star hotel, insisting it was "equally comfortable" and also a 4-star — a blatant lie. When we arrived, the hotel was far from what was promised — old, ill-maintained, and crawling with bugs. When I reported this, the hotel shrugged it off and the agent responded with a thumbs-up emoji, showing complete lack of concern.
2. Repeated Hotel Switches Without Consent
On the way to Thekkady, we learned yet another hotel had been booked — not the one originally agreed upon. Sameer claimed the invoice mentioned the change, but we were never informed or consulted. When we objected, he reluctantly switched it back to the promised hotel, but even there, the reception had no idea we had a booking. The level of chaos was unacceptable.
3. Substandard Transport & a Breakdown on the Way to the Airport
We were promised a new, comfortable car with a knowledgeable driver. What we got was a worn-out vehicle and a driver who had no clue about the itinerary. He was polite, but completely unaware of where to go. To make matters worse, on the way back to the airport, the car broke down. The driver had no fuel, claiming he wasn’t given money. He had to borrow help from a local biker to fetch fuel. Even after refueling, the car wouldn’t start. A kind passerby finally helped us fix it temporarily. We barely made it to our flight — a nerve-wracking end to an already disappointing trip.
4. Rude Behavior & Zero Accountability
When we finally escalated our concerns to Travel Triangle, hoping for resolution, we were met with more indifference. Sameer was extremely rude and abusive over the phone — calling us "crazy" and ordering us. At one point, he told us to take videos of the hotel room while we were still standing at the reception desk! No apology, no courtesy, only blame-shifting and aggression.
5. Travel Triangle’s Utter Negligence
We had expected Travel Triangle to step in and assist, especially when things went so wrong. Unfortunately, their representative Aisha was of no help whatsoever. When we reported the car breakdown and Sameer’s abusive language, she had no response, no action, no apology. She simply repeated what the driver said about fetching fuel and offered no solution or support.

Misleading Itinerary and Poor Handling…
Misleading Itinerary and Poor Handling – Avoid Roam Anchor via TravelTriangle
I booked a Thailand trip (Booking ID: 12188419) through TravelTriangle, handled by Roam Anchor Holidays. The Phi Phi Island tour itinerary clearly mentioned sightseeing at multiple islands (Maya Bay, Pileh Bay, Viking Cave, etc.), which was never provided.
Instead, we were taken on a big boat, made to wait hours doing nothing, and were simply dropped at Phi Phi for lunch, with no sightseeing. Later, they lied saying islands were closed by authorities—this was false.
We were also told I had agreed to the big boat itinerary (I did not), and the agent tried to shift blame saying I should have known the difference between boat types from Klook. If that’s the case, why book through an agent at all?
Roam Anchor accepted their itinerary mistake but still refused to offer even a partial refund. Extremely disappointing, especially with an infant and senior citizens in the group.
Not recommended. I urge others to double-check everything and avoid agents who won’t stand by their commitments
I am writing to express my deep…
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience during our recent trip to Kerala, which we had at Blue Bell's Valley Resort, Munnar. Unfortunately, the condition of the facilities did not meet the standards we expected as a family. I will never recommend Comfort destinations for any package booking to anyone. They do over-commit before booking and forget their promise at the time of booking. It was a horrible experience with Mr Sameer Sinha from Comfort and Nagma Abbasi from Travel Triangle. Sameer promises many things before booking but later, when we reached hotel, it was nightmare for us specially if you are traveling with infants and did long journey.
1. We had previously booked the room to get 1st floor for good scenic view but they provided room at ground floor which is extremely bad condition.
2. Sameer told we can directly walk in on house boat and have lunch in Alleppey but when we reached was informed that we need to booked house boat prior.
The room in Munnar was messy, with damp walls, a TV not working, and no water coming. We requested Sameer and Nagma for urgent assistance, but instead of any help, they did not call back the same day, and later, they were talking about Google ratings. Sameer did not even bother to call me on the same day. Sameer is a big crook and liar, and never trust his sweet words before booking. Before trips with multiple follow ups he only provided the hotel vouchers.
I had never experienced this earlier with any of our trips with Travel Triangle. I had completed 2 international trips with Travel Triangle, but this time the level of trust has broken with them and will never take any package with Travel Triangle or Comfort Destinations anymore, and neither recommend anyone to use their services.
Here are some of the key issues I encountered:
1. [Hotel Stay]: The room condition was messy with a damp wall, which was unacceptable, and also TV did not work till our stay, and no water was coming from the tap. We promised to get a room on the first floor as we booked in the very beginning, but they booked the room on the ground floor, which is less pricey.
2. [Driver]: The Driver was good, but he was insisting on many other things which was not in the package. It seems he might be an agent and paid extra commission to bring customers especially for Jeep Safari, Elephant ride, Spice garden, zip line, etc
3. [Service]: I experienced poor customer service from the Travel Triangle (Advisor- Nagma Abbasi and Agency Comfort destinations- Sameer Sinha)). They were not helpful and dismissive when I raised concerns, and our requests were either delayed or completely ignored. Hotel service and staff were good and cooperative. They helped to change the room for the next day at least.
4. [Itineraries]: They create itineraries for the show, and they cover some of the places mentioned in them. The one that is mentioned in the last days of your schedule, when people rush to reach the airport/ railway stations. We missed all the places which is mentioned in the last days.
TravelTriangle & Comfort Destination = Nightmare!
I’m writing this as a wife whose much-awaited anniversary trip was ruined by Robin Pant and Comfort Destination. They’ve been scamming travelers for nearly 10 years—just read the countless negative reviews on TravelTriangle and Google.
Robin approaches you like a Mr. Gentleman, but it’s a well-planned scam.
What should have been a joyful memory became an absolute nightmare.
Most positive reviews are fake, posted by Robin’s own team. Please don’t trust them.
Stop cheating and harassing people.
Here are the places Robin and his team promised but intentionally skipped — with NO alternatives provided:
Padmanabhapuram Palace
Suchithram Temple
Kanyakumari Sunset Point
Gap Road Viewpoint
Periyakanal Waterfalls
Eravikulam National Park
Tata Tea Museum
Mattupetty Lake, Dam & Echo Point
Even after we provided our flight details, the driver arrived 1 hour late at 2 AM, causing chaos from Day 1 and impacting the entire trip. When we raised concerns, Robin made personal comments and sabotaged our experience.
Safety concern: We had a near miss—due to the driver’s rushed driving, I was hurt on my forehead. The service is extremely poor—don’t risk your safety or money.
Robin charged a hefty amount, and all we got was poor treatment.
Final Verdict: Comfort Destination is a fraud cartel. They destroy your lifetime memories. Avoid them.
I also strongly feel that Nagma Abbasi (TravelTriangle) is involved—she shows cheaper vendor quotes but routes the trip through Robin, and they recover money by cheating during travel.

Travel TriangTravel Triangle Is Just a Lead Generator – No Accountabilityle is not a tour…
Travel Triangle is not a tour operator—it’s a middleman platform. Once you book and pay, their job is done. We learned this the hard way.
Our 5-day Kerala tour was mismanaged by the agent they recommended. When we contacted Travel Triangle and our coordinator Nagma for help, they simply disappeared.
No response. No responsibility. Just silence.
We expected Travel Triangle to stand by their platform and support customers when things go wrong. Instead, they vanish after payment is made.
It’s better to plan your own trip or connect directly with reputable agents (after reading real reviews). Don’t rely on Travel Triangle.
Worst experience with House of Travellers
I had booked to Singapore & Malaysia tour package in Jan 2025, my travel dates were in the month of April 2025. Booked through House of Travellers, one person named Utkarsh coordinated with me. After repetitive followups about Visa process, just 12-13 days before my travel, they asked me to submit few documents. I received the visa just 2 days before my travel date. Inspite of reminding him of the visa process he kept on delaying. All the vouchers related to tour were shared only on the day before my travel that too in the evening(we were in a hurry to travel from Mysore to Blore airport, our flight was in the morning from Blore) which we didnt have to time to cross check also. In the itinerary it was mentioned complimentary breakfast in Singpaore but last moment came to know they will not provide breakfast. After speaking to Utkarsh he asked me to send the bill he will reimburse, but nothing that sort happened. All false commitments. Even immigration requirement after enquiring repeatedly one person was assigned, and he just filled the pre-required form for Singapore. Even for Malaysia some form was mandatory neither the person contacted me was aware we were visiting Malaysia also nor we were informed forms are required to be filled for both the destinations. In Singapore Hotel check out time was not informed to us, so we ended up leaving our luggage in the room only, in the evening we came to know we were supposed to check out in the morning itself. Unnecessarily coz of lack of proper guidance from Utkarsh I had to pay 8300+586 tax on credit card payment to the hotel. When spoke to Utkarsh he conveyed he will try to get the refund. its been one month now, he neither responds to my calls nor replies to my messages. The day we travelled to Malaysia night we were dropped near some place but they didnt send us any details about bus number. For that also I had to follow up and then I received the bus number. It was not informed to enter Malaysia we have to pass through immigration for which one form was compulsory to submit which we were not made aware of. we had almost panicked when we were finding it difficult to fill the form and bus was waiting for us. Coz of which we bus had to wait for us for almost 40 mts. Pathetic travel agent, coz of lack of proper guidance I lost around 9000/- unnecessarily, dont ever book through House of Travellers, they dont take proper care or responsibility. Bad experience with them.
Awful awful awful
The communication was terrible. None of the promised services were provided. Cheats and thieves!
Extremely Disappointing Kashmir Trip Experience via Travel Triangle
Subject: Extremely Disappointing Kashmir Trip Experience via Travel Triangle
I recently undertook a trip to Kashmir with my office colleagues, arranged through Travel Triangle, and I must say this has been one of the most disappointing travel experiences we’ve ever had. I’m compelled to share the issues we faced throughout the trip:
1.Rooms Not as Per Itinerary: None of the accommodations provided matched the details shared in the itinerary. We were constantly shifted to substandard and unhygienic places.
2.Pathetic Room Conditions: Every single room allotted to us over the six days was in terrible condition — dirty, poorly maintained, and far below basic expectations.
3.Unjustified Extra Charges: Despite our package including beds for all travelers, we were forced to pay extra for bedding at multiple locations. This was misleading and completely unprofessional.
4.Horrible Houseboat Stay: The Dal Lake houseboat stay was a complete scam. Instead of a proper room on the boat, we were made to stay in a service area behind the boat and were even told to sleep in the common hall. Totally unacceptable.
5.Safety Concerns: The houseboat location was questionable, and local drunk men caused a disturbance at night — a situation that could have been avoided had we been accommodated in a decent and secure area.
6.Cab Disruption Over Payment: On the final day, while traveling from Srinagar to Jammu, our cab was halted mid-way, demanding payment of the remaining balance. I had clearly held off payment due to the subpar services throughout the trip. Still, this caused a major delay and inconvenience.
7.Check-in Denied at Midnight: Due to the delay and confusion caused by the cab halt, our check-in at the Jammu hotel at 1 AM was denied until the payment issue was sorted. This was not only stressful but entirely inappropriate, especially at that hour.
This entire trip was marred by poor planning, mismanagement, and substandard services. I had trusted Travel Triangle to provide a smooth and memorable experience, but what we got instead was frustration, inconvenience, and complete dissatisfaction.
I strongly urge Travel Triangle to review its partners and take strict actions to avoid such experiences for future customers. We expected professionalism, and unfortunately, what we received was far from it.
I strongly advise others not to trust Travel Triangle or INtrip Travels. Their coordination is poor, the services are substandard, and they are clearly not accountable for customer satisfaction or safety.
This experience has left a very bitter taste, and I sincerely hope others do not fall into the same trap
Horrible
Goa Family Trip: From a Dream Vacation to a Headache
The Plan
I booked a 3-night, 4-day Goa trip through Travel Triangle’s “Bindaas Trip” (Kunal). It included two pickups and drops for two families—6 adults, 3 kids. I gave all details: 6 AM station arrival, airport departure, and family size. They promised an Ertiga, hotel, cruise, and sightseeing.
Trouble Begins
We reached the hotel at 6:30 AM, but check-in was 12 PM—no rooms available. With three elderly people (80, 70, 65), I called Kunal—no answer. After hours of waiting and calls, we got rooms at 11 AM. The voucher promised extra mattresses, but we got only one after more arguments.
More Issues
The cruise went fine, but Kunal later demanded 7000 rupees for two vehicles for sightseeing, claiming 9 people wouldn’t fit in one. I refused—it was their mistake. After fights, two vehicles came, but he kept asking for money. On the last day, he demanded 2000 rupees for airport drops. I paid after arranging a backup, and thankfully, we reached the airports.
Extremely Disappointing Experience.
Extremely Disappointing Experience with traveltriangle.com.
I booked through Holidays Paradise Tour And Travel expecting a comfortable and enjoyable stay at phuket, but unfortunately, the room provided was nothing like what was advertised. The room was in poor condition, with very small less then 10*10 SQRT, lack of cleanliness, broken fixtures, lack of amenities, etc. The quotes on the website were misleading and didn’t reflect the reality of the space. I was extremely disappointed and felt let down by the agency. I expected much better quality for the price I paid, and I will not be booking through them again.
I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their offerings.
Never again, including a fraud
After having agreed on a customized packaged with a final price to Bali for our Honeymoon, we were told we had to pay a higher sum. As we did not accept to change what was agreed, they kept giving different extra amounts that needed to be paid on vague grounds, even for fees that were already settled. In the end, they warned us that either we paid some extra money or they would not proceed with the package (we had already paid more that 70% of the final price).
On the way to the airport, there were still some documents that had not been provided and one of them was sent after keeping insisting again and again all the way.
We had to pay some thousands for an official declaration form that was never sent, even after insistently requesting it before, during and after the tour on more than 20 occasions. After checking other sources, we found out that such a declaration does not exist. So it was a trick to get more extra money. And so a fraud.
Once in Bali, some of the services that we had previously requested were not provided, meaning that we had to pay extra for services that were already included in the package (and thus paid) and we had to contact ourselves the hotels directly to have them organised. The Bali team did not want to take any steps to amend these. In one of the hotels, there was a room downgrading, of which we were not informed.
Please Don’t spoil your time and money
Please Don’t spoil your time and money. I have booked a flight ticket with them and have not received my ticket yet. I have booked the ticket and have not received my ticket yet. I have booked the ticket and have not received my ticket yet, I have lost 1400 pounds.

We only visited mall road , eco cave park n naini lake. Rest full day we were in hotel, wasted full day. Second day also only 2 places. I sent this on email & no action taken till now , Incase u want to really plan a good trip , I wasted around 20k on them

Travel triangle trip taken for…Mauritius
Travel triangle trip taken for Mauritius July end . The trip was taken up by Craftz travel which gave a quote . Overall booking and all was smooth . However I was told to book flight with them only . Mr. Nonihal from Craftz does was not helpful when needed in spite of they insisting I benefit if I take from them . When my flight were delayed and when cancelled no help update from them came inspite they telling we check and help I had to call them to check but then the updates and responses were not helpful enough even when I said to them I want to Delhi only the agent insisted to take Delhi and then go Mumbai which was absurd and weird .Also for Casela he had no information that the entrace included the basic safari and he kept on arguing with me on the same .The price also I feel was higher keeping and activity updates and things add on given was not good . Also for Insurance the suggestions were poor and I had no clue what those bogus names were and I had never heard them .
Travel triangle charges amount from other agent and hence the cost came was higher. Crafz travel need to buckle up and learn what they are selling and talk and help customer more. I would not suggest travel triangle nor Craftz travel to anybody .When my flight cancelled no update or ask done for even the seat booking preference that was told they can easily do was done poorly . Mr Nonihal would not be of any use and ensured that one is not helped . I could sense that from the way he spoke and offerred no help . With such pathetic support one need not go for such agent and take booking on flight themselves and take land packages from better providers is what the lesson was . Also When I had asked for hotel prices of other hotel given I was not even given that and had to keep the one I had opted .
