They are always professional
Travelsafe are always professional and easy to deal with, from the office to operations staff to the drivers. Buses are clean and well maintained. I have booked bus trips for my teams in both Qld and WA and both were seamless to arrange and the drivers were great, friendly and professional.

Our experience with Travel Safe was better than we could have wished for.
Our experience with Travel Safe was straight forward and hassle free from the outset to the final drop off.
We had changing numbers with many booking at first but then having to drop out because of health and family issues. Travel Safe accommodated our needs throughout and even refunded an over payment when final numbers were known even though this was close to the event.
We would have no problems recommended Travel Safe and would in need use them again.

Perfect from the start to the end
Honestly everything was perfect and worked really well since the first instance! We have contacted Travel Safe among many other service providers to request a quote. Travel Safe was the only company who followed up my request, with an effcient and well informed booking system. Service was at high standard since the booking till the time of travel (return trip to Port Macquarie). The payment system was secure, the bus was punctual, with excellent presentation. I will highly recommend this company and book again as they also have very competitive prices. Thanks to Paul and the team.

Overall the service was very good from the moment I enquired until the bus dropped us off at our location, the only downside I would say is that our bus trip had no music and even though we had an aux chord that worked with the radio installed the driver would not let us use it, however other than that the service was great!

Used safetravel recently for travel to a festival and back. Our driver was great, he was very helpful and very easy to get on with. I would recommend people to use safetravel.next time I need another minibus I will be using safetravel again. Over all experience was great!
