DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK!!! They will give you the runarounds and charge you more than double the price of a ticket, and then charge you a cancellation fee and tell you that you will get a refund that you will never receive!! They will call you and tell you the original flight is full, just to charge you extra money, even if the flight is available on the official airline website!

I spoke to the same agent several times, and each call I asked his name, he gave me a different name.

DO NOT! i repeat, DO NOT book your flight with this company. They take your money and overcharge you with more than 50% of the actual ticket price and NEVER refund your money if you ask them to cancel. SCAMMERS!

I don’t even want to give them a single star they don’t deserve it . Such a ridiculous service. Customer service staff dont know how to talk. Their oen statements doesn’t even match. I cancelled my flight like a month ago and still waiting for refund. Whenever i call them either they dont pick if anyhow pick they extend their waiting period by one week every time. I have been trying to get a refund for 2 months from this company. I keep getting told its in the que you should see it at anytime but it's still not coming thru. Then I call in at 8am they tell me to call at 9 for the refund department I call at 10:30 and they say I have to wait until 11. Do not use them they will never give your money back!

Do NOT use this company! I bought a ticket in May and it got flagged as fraud by CCard Co and didn't go through. So I had to call them and they changed the price of my ticket because "prices went up". Yeah, in the 3 mins it took me to call them? No way. So I canceled the transaction. I got an email saying my card wasn't charged and it definitely was! So I called them again. They said to email screenshots of proof of charge. So I did. The respond was to wait 21 days. It's been 60 days and still NO REFUND! The latest email from them states "While we make every attempt that the amount is credited back to you at the earliest, in some exceptional cases this may take one to two billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement."

I've contacted the Credit Card Co and the phone number listed for contact info for this company isn't even a legit phone number!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, THEY LIE AND THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY.

This website is a SCAM!! I purchased 8 tickets in May. I was told that they will email me a E- Ticket but i never got it. I ask for a refund since i spent $1437.00 on flight that I never got. I got the runaround and I was told that it takes 21 days for it to be refunded. It's July now....and yet still no refund. This people are a FRAUD. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!!!

Booked a flight over a month ago they decided to call 2 days before to tell me my flight was changed and they didn't rebook me for same price and I owed another $580 more for the flight. They left no message from the call and didn't send an email until today and my kids were supposed to fly out tomorrow. Definitely unacceptable

i wish i could give less than one star. i booked the ticket 11 days ago and have still not received an e-ticket number. i have left several messages and emails, only being fwd'd the original email in response.

I booked 2 flights from travel reimage and called to cancel those flights and get my refund back and I received the refund in my account within 30 minutes of calling on the same day of my cancellation. The money was taken off my account the very next day and it overdrafted my account so I called again and spoke to several agents including Amanda who was not helpful at all and they told me that the supervisor could not talk to me and they just kept hanging up in my face. Also Amanda claimed that the support team will call back with in 24 hours and another agent that I spoke to said the support team will call in a hour. When I originally got my refund back it took 30 minutes to come and now their telling me they can’t give me back my refund until 10 business days smh! I would not recommend no one booking through this 3rd party agency because they do care about the customers and they do not make it a priority to make you satisfied!!! I’m very unhappy I booked this flight for Father’s Day weekend with my husband and because they overdraft my account I can no longer make that flight this weekend! It was a total inconvenience. The amount for the flights were $658.00 and never received my balance. They are clearly all about taking your money and careless about making sure you’re satisfied smh and none of the agents were not helpful at all.

My boyfriend tried to book a flight through this company. They sent him a confirmation email and everything but he never received an E-Ticket. After calling them to figure out where the E-Ticket was they said they canceled his order since prices changed, but they still charged his card! So now we need to do a refund/despute process and had to buy him last minute tickets through the airline for his trip.

Dont trust the positive reviews on here, they were all written on the same day with little the no details. Looks to me like the company is writing fake reviews to scam customers.

Do not use this company! I bought a ticket from them and was told I would receive my e-ticket as soon as my card was verified for payment. I emailed and was told I would receive my ticket in 1-2 hours. When that didn't happen, I called and was told I would be getting my ticket shortly. When that didn't happen, I knew something was fishy, so I canceled the transaction before they took my money. I went straight to the airline and bought my ticket, which was cheaper than what this bogus company charged me. Live and learn. Go directly to the airlines for your travel plans.

This is worst experience i have ever had.

We booked a month in advance and got a cancellation by email very late night before an early am flight. It’s been 2 months and we still have not gotten our refund after multiple calls.

I booked and paid for tickets (2). But went back to my e-mail to obtain my e-tickets (2) . And I haven’t received them yet. I purchased them on 5/31/2021. And my debit card was charge. I’ve call the customer service. No one answered just the leave your message. I taught i was going to talk to a live person. I even
E-mail them.

I have been waiting for a refund for a flight on had on April 8th. I received a call from you on April 5th that my flight had been cancelled. After I was able to make other plans I have called you office for a refund. I was hung up on about 6 times. I was very nice but it was like no one could tell me when I would get my refund. I still have not received it almost 2 months. HELP

I booked a flight with this company, to which I know for a fact that I put in the correct dates for departure and return. When I received my confirmation e-mail, I saw that the dates were incorrect. When I called their "customer service" to have them correct this, I was told that I had to pay an addition $250 for this because the "original" booking date was within a 7 day window and I was not allowed to cancel or change the dates for free. The reason the dates were within the 7 day window was their fault and the women who I was speaking to became extremely rude and hung up on me. When I called back twice, each time I was hung up on. Look at other websites regarding reviews for them, they are ALL bad. Not sure why this website has any good reviews.....seems very scamish to me. PLEASE do not support this company, you will get ripped off.

This is without a doubt the worst experience I've had with any flight center. I had to cancel a flight and the agent said I would have credit on my account. When I asked them to show the reimbursement credit on my next flight bill she refused to show me.

All those 5 star reviews are fake and lies. The truth is they are liars and scammers, and once they have your credit card number they will hang up on you and avoid you until you are so frustrated you might give up. That’s what I think they are going for.
I booked a flight thru Travelocity in December. Couldn’t make the trip so I got a credit thru travelreimagined. I started planning on March for a trip in may and wanted to use my credit. First day: after 1 1/2 hours of being on hold, hung up on, a woman helped me to book my flights. She said I will get the etickets at my email in 2 hours and she would call to confirm. No emails, no calls.
Day 2: I got a call from an unlisted number that says spam. The woman leaves a VM saying there is an issue with my payment and to call. After another 1 1/2 hours of being on hold, hung up on, and otherwise getting the run-around I have one ticket for my boyfriend and none for me. They said they would call me back an hour ago. Still no call
