Professional, courteous, and patient!!

I called Travelopod today to book a ticket from SFO to LKO (via DEL) for my wife. I spoke to Karan, who was amazing, and gave us a very good price, along with accommodating all our requests such as aisle seats throughout etc.

Karan is very thorough, professional and knowledgeable, and I really enjoyed the great booking experience he provided. We are return customers for Travelopod, and the booking experiences have continued to be excellent. Highly recommend calling Travelopod for your India travel needs.

I have been flying internationally since 1962. I have been dealing with quite a few travel agencies. My first travel agency was in Muskegon. They were very efficient and very cooperative in every respect.
Later I came to know Livonia, and continued with a couple of travel agencies. They were also good.
Recently after my retirement in September 2017, due to acute illness of my wife, I traveled to India several times.
Last year in August or September, a friend of mine suggested contacting Travel award for my travel needs. With the very first interaction I was very happy to note the high degree of professionalism of all the people I spoke to and they made a very comprehensive effort to get me the best fares for my trip to India in December 2025 I had some issues with medical clearance of my wife before taking the Singapore flight in Kochi.
The problem was successfully resolved with the help of Travelopod.
In all these interactions my main contact has been Prakeet Markam. He has rendered exceptional service and obtained the best fares for me. He seems to have a V passionate acumen for helping his customers.
Last week I made a casual inquiry with Travelopod for exploring lowest price Business Class tickets from Detroit to Kochi, Undia in December.
Yesterday Prakeet called me pro-actively and started research for best dates and best fares for my trip which is still not certain due to my wife’s ill health. Nevertheless less he came up with several options and found the kind of fare I wanted. Great work. So I took the risk to purchase the tickets even though my trip is less than 50% possible at this stage. I have followed his advice in the matter. He is professionally very savvy and is prepared to bend backwards to win a customer and he did.
