Fantastic travel experts
Our travel consultant assisted wonderfully in the arrangement of our Fijian getway to 'The Naviti Resort'. With 4 adults and 4 young teenage kids, arranging Interconnecting rooms at 'The Naviti Resort' allowed us all to relax and warm up from an Australian winter.
Transport from Nadi Airport to the Resort was fantastic and the organisation of an overnight stay in a hotel close to Nadi Airport helped reduce our wake up time from 3am to 6am, for the 9am flight home.
Highly recommend TravelOnline to help you organise your next trip away.

I was attracted to an advertised Bali package and requested a quote through Travel Online. Unfortunately, the quote I received differed significantly from the advertised offer, something I failed to identify at the time of booking.
What I have since discovered is that I could have booked the same accommodation directly through the resort, with the same inclusions, for less than I paid through Travel Online. On top of that, I then had to purchase flights separately at a substantially higher cost.
The result is that I paid significantly more than expected for a holiday that would have been cheaper had I booked it myself.
What has disappointed me most is not just the cost, but the complete lack of customer care when I raised my concerns. Rather than acknowledging the issue or attempting to resolve it, my concerns were dismissed.
In my view, Travel Online was happy to take my money while providing no meaningful value, no savings, and no accountability when concerns were raised.
I will never use Travel Online again and I certainly will not be recommending them to family, friends, or colleagues. In fact, I would strongly encourage anyone considering booking through them to compare the prices directly with the resort before handing over their money.
A very expensive lesson and one I will not be repeating. While travel online has their version… this is just a warning …. I’m the one out of pocket… and paying $2000 for a 5 days accommodation ONLY in a 4 star resort. Thank god I get 20% of my pizzas while I’m there!!!

Prior to booking, you created a number of quotes for different dates, room types and travel arrangements. The booking ultimately confirmed was based on a quote that you generated through our website for July travel during the school holiday period. This quote did not include flights and reflected the specific travel dates and package selected at the time of booking.
The advertised offer you have referenced was based on different travel dates and conditions. As is common with travel promotions, lead-in prices are subject to availability, travel periods and package inclusions. Your travel dates fell outside the advertised sale period and during one of Bali's busiest and most expensive travel seasons, which is why the pricing differed from the advertised "from" price.
We also understand your concern regarding value. While you may have found a similar accommodation rate directly through the resort, our package included a number of additional benefits and inclusions that were not part of the standard resort rate. For this reason, the comparison is not a direct like-for-like comparison.
Regarding your concerns about customer service, your booking was submitted after business hours on a Friday evening. Shortly afterwards, you emailed through your flight details so that transfers could be arranged. When our team returned on Monday morning, the booking was processed based on the information provided, with transfers arranged and supplier confirmations obtained. Your booking was fully confirmed and travel documentation issued within a matter of days.
We sincerely apologise if there was any misunderstanding or if our communication did not meet your expectations. At no point was it our intention to dismiss your concerns, and we regret that this was your perception of the experience.
We appreciate your feedback and hope you enjoy your upcoming holiday in Bali. If there is anything else you would like assistance with in the lead up to your trip, please don't hesitate to reach out.
