I went to Europe in may and June, I purchased ESIM, my order#255755. Somethings I didn’t receive a signal. I remember that there was no signal in Switzerland somewhere.

Bought the eSIM for Japan.
It was easy to install and worked as soon as I got off the plane.
It was a lifesaver to have unlimited data for Google Maps and the Japanese Transit App.
Very reasonably priced as well.
Thoroughly recommend.

Really easy to purchase and activate, good value and worked well in the countries I visited.
Problem with running out of data and not getting any warning.

I bought several esims from travelkon whilst travelling in Europe and I underestimated how much data I would use. I had trouble topping up my existing esim and was advised it would be easier to buy another one. I had some difficulty on what to do but , despite the fact it was some hour after midnight in Australia I got technical assistance to sort out what I did wrong in no time. Highly recommend

I have made good decision to choose Travelkon data SIM for my recent travels to Shanghai and Osaka. It was so straightforward to activate the SIM. You just need to switch off your iPhone and switch it back again then everything is ready for use. I can use WeChat, Line, WhatsApp, Gmail like usual at home. I would love recommend this product to anyone who travels overseas and wants to use google, emails, WeChat, Line etc for communication with friends and families.

Have used TravelKon several times now for eSims when travelling to Indonesia. Value for money and options are much better compared to other providers. Customer Service (when required) has been faultless with immediate assistance which gives peace of mind for when travelling.

Purchased two for a recent trip. Worked like a charm. Very happy. No real issues(probably my phone but had to turn off when on wifi otherwise it used my allowance but no big deal). Great value.

All good. I had the Orange option which included 50GB of data and limited calls on the mobile network for a very reasonable price.

Easy to purchase, customer service is brilliant. So easy to contact. I have yet to use overseas but I don't expect to have any troubles.
