Stay away !! Booked 2 x flight tickets - SAS cancelled the flight and now they want 595 kr each for a refund ??? And further , they cannot rebook to other dates. This cannot be legal !

Unserious. Advertising for cheap flights, but when you are done typing in all your information the flight are suddenly booked by someone else and now the costs are a lot higher.

They don't answer. My flight was cancelled, I want a refund. They just sent an automated reply: oh no the corona is such a strain, we might take 5 days to reply. 1 month later nothing.
Absolute garbage.

No good - stay away. If the plane had left and/or they would give me refund and/or if they would help out with alternative travel - 5 stars. Guess what? They would only refund 50% of ticket cost. I had 300% extra cost for arranging alternative travel. Been sitting 3 hours in telephone cue, not possible to chat or write email. Costumer support from h@$€. Stupid me for not reading trust pilot before purchase.

I ordered extra baggage and paid around 400kr for that. But never received it and after that reference number was blocked and it wasn't possible to find it in travelis webpage .I needed to buy extra baggage in airport for double the money. After that I write complain but never got response. So basically I got robbed.

Unbelievably bad experience with this agency. After booking fly tickets for set dates, the flight schedule for our return flight was changed to 3 days earlier than originally booked. Instead of trying to help us out and rebook another flight, we were told we can't get our flight changed and that we should instead change our travel plans, by coming home 3 days earlier. So basically go on vacation for 2 days. That doesn't even make sense! I would never use them and would strongly recommend anyone against using them.

Do not buy tickets on Travelis!!! The absolute worst service you are ever going to get and its a scam. If you buy a ticket and there is anything that goes wrong you will not get any help unless you pay even more than you did for the ticket. After reading the reviews about Travelis and RCG gruppen on trustpilot (its the same company) I deeply regret ever buying from this company because the number one goal in their business plan is to get as much money out of people as possible by using a combination of bad customer service and confusing terms and conditions

Via Momondo I came to Travelis website where I unfortunately bought a flight ticket to KLM. From Billund to Lisbon, via Amsterdam (July 17, 2022) - Friday, July 1, I received an email where Travelis without any reason cancels my reservation, although I can see that KLM. still flying on the date, at the time of day! In an email response from Travelis, they demand that I MUST call them on a phone number if I want my money back ...

Styr unna, skjult gebyr. Avoid , they have hidden fees.

This is a fraud! Stay away! I will never buy airline tickets Travelis, you can not trust this agency.

I buy a Flexi ticket its stand that i can change 1 time out trip or home trip. when i call them they say no its not possible! scam scam scam!

I don’t know why people are doing these bad reviews, but me and my partner flew to Dubai recently and everything went perfect. Being honest the website is not the most responsive one and the tickets did come in the email after 2 hours but otherwise everything was as usual.

My experience with this service was mostly positive. I didn’t receive the plane tickets right away and after ten days of waiting I panicked and read the reviews and panicked more. But the next morning sharpy 10 am (9 in swedish time) I called them and the tickets were sent to me straight away. The customer service worker was also super friendly and spoke good english. No monkey business with the flights, everything went very well.

Today I bought a ticket from Travelis, who secured money from my account and did not send me a ticket. I pay 200€l

I didn't receive a booking confirmation long after I was charged and started stressing out when I read the bad reviews. After a call with a nice lady at the customer service (Swedish RCG) I was sent a new booking confirmation immediately and was able to do the check-in through the flight company's website. A few minutes later I also received the original booking confirmation. Don't panic - there is a delay after the payment has been done. 3/5 starts for unnecessary stress and hassle for the customer. Nevertheless - all's well that ends well. I'm happy I received my ticket!

I booked a flight with this company to Stockholm. They cancelled my flight and set me up with a new flight 1,5 hours later. The consequences was that I lost an important meeting I had in Stockholm, I tried to contact them to find a solution whereas I was sent to contact the airlines instead cause they couldn't do anything. Issue was that my customer service on the airlines was closed, so I had to contact them the day after. I did so, but then the airlines told me that they couldn't change my tickets, only Travelis can. I tried to call Travelis, and they had closed their customer service. I was not able to change my reservation, cancel it or anything. Hopelessly, I sent them mail a day before my departure in hopes to be able to find a solution. Sadly, no answer was given until 8 hours after the departure. And now they tell me that they can't refund me because I didn't show up. WHAT IN THE WORLD AM I SUPPOSED TO SHOW UP TO?

For everyone; just pay the extra money to avoid these companies, extremely bad customer service, hopeless.

Booked a ticket with this agent where one luggage was included in the flight to and from the destination. Then when I went in to the air company site to look at the flight luggage was only added to the destination and not for the return. Then I called Travelis and they say they can't do anything about it. When calling the air company they told me that Travelis need to contact the air company direct and can fix it but Travelis insist on that it is not possible and said they can't do anything about it. Would never recommend anyone to book ticket via Travelis, so stay away from this company.

There was only one offer in whole internet for flights which I wanted to book and it was Travelis and their clones. I was quit scared to do it, so I booked with save credit card. Anyway, I didn't have any negative experience, so for wellness of my conscious, I have to write them positive review.

Terrible customer service. They are not responding on neither on phone or email, and when you are able to reach them they are not interested in helping you. This company very much seems like a scam.
