Fikk ingenting i retur når jeg skulle refundere pengene for bare etter 2 min!! Trodde det var lov å refundere billett før 24 timer som de andre flyselskapene har. De sa vi først måtte ringe dem i stedet for å refundere flybillettene på selve nettsiden for I Å SÅ vite om det går an å refundere flybilletten. Det står heller ingenting om at du ikke får noe penger tilbake dersom vi velger å fylle ut og trykke på der det står "avbestill" på selve nettsiden. Fikk ikke noe reise eller penger. Her var det snakk om flere tusen kroner. Veldig dårlig reisebyrå! Anbefales ikke! Kommer aldri til å bruke dette reisebyrået igjen! Aldri travelis.com igjen. Er jo bare scam og beholder penger

Got nothing in return when I was supposed to refund the money just after 2 minutes!! I thought it was allowed to refund a ticket before 24 hours, like the other airlines have. They said we had to call them first instead of refunding the plane tickets directly on the website itself in order to THEN know if it is possible to refund the plane ticket. It also doesn't say anything that you won't get any money back if we choose to fill in and click where it says "cancel" on the website itself. Didn't get any travel or money. We are talking about several thousand kroner here... Very bad travel agency! Is not recommended! Will never use this travel agency again! Never travelis.com again. Its just scam and they are just ceeping the money

I am amazing how this agent is working with such history . One star is very high for this agent .

I tried to make a booking and somehow there was the premium package added without me wanting it. Tried to remove it but couldn’t. When I asked advice from customer service they replied with some generic response that didn’t help me at all. Now the booking is cancelled and prices went up. Seems like a scam.

First and last time through them. Does not send ticket numbers. Sent after asking. Changes are approved without my approval.
It is best to buy through the aurline website. 30 euros cheaper is a small benefit compared to the inconvenience

We bought flexi ticket. When we tried to use it, because we wanted to change our return ticket, we was told that we couldn’t and that we was to buy the entire sum of the return ticket. We should have checked Trustpilot before we bought the ticket. NEVER again using Travelis!

I don't belive all of the bad reviews her are human errors, i my self got upset because i got vombarded with mails that confused me so i ended up with 2 tickets and only got 60% refund even i cancelled it immediately. After som time in the thinking box i could see that it was my own fault for not paying enough attention. Otherwise i got a really good service and good respons on both emails and phone. This tread is like reading unhappy doctor reviews. Good price ane a painless experience except the mistake that was my own fault. Iam happily seated on my flight now.

"Third time`s a charm"

Messy website, buffring that stalled right in the middle of a booking, receiving "please pay"-email afterward with a link to a payment site which says it is too late to pay, etc etc.
Not the first time I have had this experience, btw.

Frustrating customer experience.

This is a fraud!! Avoid at all costs! They canceled my booking and then charged a payment. After calling to the office regarding the charged money I suddenly was informed that I have another booking. Which I neither did nor got invoice or tickets. And I have already booked another tickets from airlines. Talking to me the staff was rude and just tried to push me from the line repeating the same things again and again. This is my worst experience ever!

cant find the reference code to actually retrieve the booking from the airline. i dont like that its so many add ons.

Had to call them to get the travel documents. If I didnt remember on which website I had book my tickets I wouldnt have found my tickets at all, since I never received a single email from them.

Worse customer service! And they try to take advantage of you. Bought ticket and paid extra for reserved seat, but found out it was free booked seat at Airline. Incredible. Make customer pay and then take their money. I ask them to refund, but told me it was not possible. So people WATCh OUT. So many bad reviews has a good reason. First time and definitely last time! Stay away. Pay more other place then this crap.

Travelis is trustable. I have used this service a couple of times. If there is some trouble or issue, customer service is very nice. They reply in short time.....I am satisfied with Travelis customer service

I bought ticket yesterday … but didnt recive the comfirm email .. n today k email them to ask … than They sent me comfirm email … that fast :)

Most airlines and travel agency allows 24 hour cancellation without any fee. When i called when the phone line was available they told me, that they only guarantee refund if it was between 12 hours, even though the airline i booked the flight with offers 24 hour guarantee. My computer kinda glitched and I accidentally clicked on a different flight.. so that’s basically gone to the toilet. Their contact info is offline for more than 12 hours at night so if u booked something after they have closed (which is 7:30 pm) there’s no more changing that.

Complete trash, avoid if you can. Many people have lost their money, how on earth is it possible that this company is still working??

We sat in the airport when the flight got cancelled due to technical issues. When I contacted Travelis they denied that the flight was cancelled!
I tried to contact them severalt but they kept dening and putting me on hold for long periodes.

Do not use Travelis!

Nice and easy, every time I bought, there were no problems!
