From the very beginning, Bishwa went above and beyond. We initially planned our holiday based only on the destination, but she completely transformed our trip with her incredible knowledge. She explained everything in detail the weather, the best time to visit places, the best deals available, which areas are easiest to explore from, and even where it would be most convenient for us to stay. Every single recommendation was backed with valid, accurate information, and it showed that she truly knows what she is doing. What impressed us the most was her patience and kindness. She took her time, answered all our questions, and guided us through the entire booking process with such calmness and positivity. She always welcomed us happily and never missed a chance to surprise us with her knowledge and helpful suggestions.
Because of her guidance, we booked everything accordingly and it turned out to be the best experience of our lives.
