Absolutely Terrible experience
Absolutely Terrible experience. Rang the helpline number so many times but got cut off each time so didn`t get to speak with anyone. All I needed to do was make a simple change to my booking. These calls have added greatly to my phone bill and I`m now VERY upset and angry. I NEVER want to have anything to do with Travelgenio again. I was hoping they might be helpful as I like to give a good review but cannot in this case. Their approach to customers is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!

Flights were changed less than two weeks of booking. Unfortunately due to work commitments I could not have the new flights. I asked for a refund which they said yes to. I was told it would be 3 months. I only ever managed to add speak to a customer service member once the phone now just rings out. There is no email address to contact either. I have now contacted my bank and started proceedings.
A really unhappy customer.

Rude and not professionals.
I broke my arm and hospitalized just days before my flights started. I’ve immediately contacted travalgenio, to change, but the agents are extremely rude. They just don’t wanna work. They said that the tickets are not refundable even without contacting the airlines. Oksana was my blue one who tried to help me. Finally airline company helped me. Highly Not recommended!

I booked my flight with Booking reference number as RA2KPZ on 27th June 2019. and now i am trying to contact you to cancel the ticket, but i am not getting any response from you and whenever i am calling to your tollfree number, the waiting time is more than 1hr. I am seriously very much saddened because i bought the ticket much after paying a hefty price and i am not able to contact you by any means

Modified flight timings
Hello i am akash pathania. I tried to call several times but nobody picked up. I booked two tickets from Delhi to Rome via moscow departing date 20th april 2019. Today I received a mail that my timings of flights have changed. As per the new timings i will be departing from delhi at 0810 am on 20th april 2019 and reaching moscow at 1430hrs on 20th 2019. But my flight from moscow to rome is at 1020 am. It will not be possible for me to reach at that time. I request you to prepone my delhi moscow flight as i have checked there is a flight at 0125 am from delhi.

No Tickets and Keep on Being Asked to Wait
I booked the tickets a few hours ago and successfully paid, but have not got the e-ticket since then. I have tried to contact the 24/7 hotline, but what I kept on hearing is simply that I would have to wait. At first I was told to wait for an hour, and then when I called back an hour later, I was once again told to wait for another 2-3 hours.
I have absolutely no idea what is going on...
