I purchased my flights from Travelgenio on the 20th May 2022 via Sri Lankan Airlines and was due to travel on June 30th however my UK visa was delayed for 4 months due to the Ukraine issue (Please refer flight ticket attached)
I contacted Travelgenio and cancelled the ticket as I did not know when the visa will be issued, this was accepted by the agent (cancellation no: CA-149161) with deductions and i was told it will take 14 weeks as this is how long it takes for the airline (Sri Lankan) to return the refund
In the interim of my 14 weeks and thereafter and after repeatedly looking on MyTrips (as this is the only platform to enquire or view) and mailing Travelgenio with no response (now 21 weeks) I could suddenly not get into MyTrips. On further investigation ie Facebook etc I found out Travelgenio in detail I found that they have now liquidated.
The money was returned into the Travelgenio account as I did see the account no, however within a few minutes this info disappeared off the screen
I wrote to my bank and Sri Lankan airlines both cannot help me and told me the I need to contact the Travel agent ie Travelgenio
It is now 2023 and I have still not received my refund

Refund approved but not executed
Bought 5 tickets via Travelgenio, after a while the airline company canceled the flight, i submited a quest for a refund - which i entitled to - I waited 6 months until December 2022 - got an email from Travegenio that the refund was approved and that's it - no refund accepted in the bank, no replies from travelgenio despite dozens of mails... can't reach them and they deleted my travel profile (a.k.a " MyTrip") as well.

Worst experience ever. I have sent them so many emails and still no reply. I have no way of contacting them. Don’t EVER book through them. Worst travel experience of my life.

Seems the only way to contact Travelgenio is through Trust Pilots . I need my receipt so I can expense it send it immediately.

Didn't receive email nor anything after paying ticket!!
I was booking through your website two tickets half an hour ago. I made the payment and exactly after the booking of the money through Klarna was charged, the website announced there was a price increase and didn't send the tickets nor anything else but still charged the money (!)
What's going on? This is a terrible software issue. Please help me either get my money back or the tickets. I have no booking reference since nothing arrived, so I can't even contact your email or telephone costumer service (!!) but I have a specific reference number of the bank payment made to you on my bank account.
Please tell me how to get in contact with you so this outrageous mistake can be solved.

Never use this company
Had flights in June. It is now October and I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE RECEIPTS after multiple emails and calls!!!!!! Horrible company, will never use again.

It is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone at this website. I have been trying for one month to get a receipt for an airline ticket I bought: NOT POSSIBLE!!!

I can't fly so i lost money
I booked a flight on the wrong date because I had a miscalculation, a HUMAN ERROR.
I realized immediatly and it wasn't even 24 hours and yet nobody helped me..
this company requires me to have a near death experience for me to get my money back.
And even then my family member has covid symptoms so theorically i could get a refund but apparently i can't without a positive covid test.
Whatever the flight is there and i won't be able to take it. money lost without a reason.
DON'T TRUST THEM EVER. book with the company, at least the company will give you more resources.

Please send the invoice to the email address xzy - It is unacceptable that the sale price is changed "secretly" while the online payment was taking place, without prior notice and the possibility of canceling the reservation. I will investigate your mode of operation and report it to the competent authorities. Among other things, a quick search on the Internet was enough to realize that this is a widespread practice, which - beyond the legal subtleties - I do not hesitate to define as a scam.

Their lack of customer care is next level awful. Far below industry standard of service.
I bought a ticket for work purchasing flight insurance should I need to shift anything. Moments after booking I realized I couldn’t make the flight due to scheduling conflicts. Expedia offers 24 hour no questions cancellations but travelgenio has no customer email or number to get support! You have to fill out a long form only yo hear, 5 days later we can’t help you?! It’s beyond mind blowing that a company like this can stay in business. They treat customers like numbers. They simply don’t care. Go elsewhere they’ll take your money and run.
UPDATED: I’ve already written to your below email, no response.
You automatically post this on all complaints. All that matters is that you reply to the email you put in messages.

Dear travelgenio.
I am trying to get my money back since March 2020 about a flight which you replied ( the refund is in process).
Recently i have got another mail with lies from customer service saying that such a flight cannot be found and /or the airline doesn't want to refund the ticket.
I have opened a card dispute with My Kiwi Bank for another ticket ( same story ), and then i have finally got refunded.
But for this one, still nothing. We are all aware about the scandal of your company and all the fraud that have been committed.
I am just wondering if there is any honest and available person who can really help me in get my money back.
Here, i am pasting the mail you guys sent me about my refund , which apparently is still processing since March 2020:
Please note that cancellations are many and the refund will be delayed due to the amount of daily cancellations that are being processed by all airlines and Travel Agencies

From March 2020 untill today I didnt received refund of a trip i bought for my woman.I bought a flight Rome / Phuket..but cause covid was deleted..with travel agency Travel2be, that is the same of travelgenio. well ticket was with qatar airlines i contact both..gently qatar answer me that refund travel2be the 1 april 2021..and i still waiting money back from travel2be..i wrote them so many times and call...answer is..we will answer as soon as possible...So? nothing...i feel frauded...be careful tobuy from such company much better buy directly to air company. I wait 658 euro...not 10....i have no words.

Funny story is that the payment did go well, so now I find myself with 2 reservation for the same flight. Travelgenio is not answering to any call or any email.
Its been 2 months now. CRAZY!!!!!
