Julie was excellent at helping us…
Julie was excellent at helping us organise our holiday to Japan and China and patiently dealt with various requests to change the itinerary on several occasions. Unfortunately we have had to put our trip on hold for now due to health reasons but we will return to Julie once things are more settled. We are really looking forward to taking our holiday in the future!

Cruise and stay holiday.
Deborah made the booking process really easy. I told her what we were looking for and she searched until we were completely satisfied making sure we were perfectly happy with what we were getting. Nothing was a bother to her, always very friendly and helpful and I know she spent a long time getting us what she wanted. An excellent service was provided and I would highly recommend Travelgates, especially Deborah and would definitely use again.

As this was a cruise sailing with very limited space, we had to review options over a 24-hour period due to the dates being fully booked at the time of your enquiry. During this time, we were actively checking for any cancellations or newly released availability to try and secure the best possible option for you.
Once availability became possible, we shared the quote and followed up to ensure you didn’t miss the opportunity, as cruise spaces in this period can be taken very quickly.
We’re sorry if our follow-up messages felt excessive, our intention was only to keep you updated and ensure you didn’t miss out on limited availability. We always aim to be transparent and responsive, especially when dealing with high-demand sailings.

Julie at Travelgates has been so patient and responsive throughout the whole process, taking the time to make sure everything was just right for me and my son.
Julie put together the entire trip for us, including the hire car, which saved me so much time and hassle trying to book everything separately. The whole process has been really smooth from start to finish, and even the payment side was simple and stress-free.
She’s truly taken care of everything, which has made planning this trip so much easier. I’m really looking forward to our holiday now fingers crossed everything runs just as smoothly when we go away!
