Easy online claim process
Easy online claim process. After submitting additional paperwork that was requested our entire claim was paid out. We even got back the money we paid cash for and didn't have a receipt. Will use again 100%.

Completely worthless. Go with anyone else.
Completely worthless. First, when trying to get information on covered options during an travel delay, I was stuck in a looping robotic phone tree, unable to connect with anyone - when I got a call back some time later they were no help at all. Post trip, the claim was denied for what was a completely legitimate claim in the spirit of the policy, but of course excluded in over a hundred pages of legalese.
