Vipa took all the stress out of creating my last minute trip. I may have been able to cobble together unsatisfactory or overly expensive flights and accommodation at the last minute. However, the process of allowing Vipa to use her vast knowledge and experience to cut through all the paperwork and uncertainty was smooth and soothing. Vipa insured every step of the way that my wife and I were covered with regards to our holiday. At every step of the way we were well informed and kept up today with the day or the weeks activities through a very helpful itinerary that came to us prior to arriving. Whenever we had a question we were able to call or message her, fast responses to our queries. Travelling with her as our agent has made travelling a dream!

Vipa is so helpful, knowledgeable and informative. We booked a hotel and transfers with her recently and unfortunately experienced an unforeseen considerable flight delay. Vipa took action immediately to amend the transfers for us so efficiently then and there to take the stress off us. She really goes the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. A massive thank you to Vipa for booking us such an amazing honeymoon in Thailand. From the start to the end of the holiday she was communicating with us throughout, reminding us when to do our digital card and to seeing if we reached safely etc. We felt at ease to ask her anything and she was quick at responding. Both hotels were amazing and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. We really enjoyed the floating breakfast and the cakes provided to us on our arrival which had Happy Honeymoon and Happy birthday on there. The loveliest surprise!

Honestly, Vipa is the sweetest and most kindest person. She is a very dedicated and motivated person who pays attention to every detail and books you the holiday of a lifetime. We could never say a bad word about her. She is very good in what she does and we are so thankful that we got to choose her to book our holiday. Vipa really knew what we wanted out of our honeymoon. The organisation with the hotel and transfers was on point especially as we were travelling to Bora Bora.
She was available for any questions, including during our trip.
She had great recommendations for the excursions we could do out there, which was handy as we could plan our trip better.
