Extremely disappointed with Travel Eaze and their poor handling of our recent booking. We arranged a minibus for a group picnic and paid a £200 advance. The booking was confirmed and we even received the driver’s details via email.
I contacted the driver a day prior to confirm everything, and while he acknowledged the booking, he unexpectedly told us we would be charged an additional £100 if we wanted to eat or drink in the bus — something that was never mentioned during the booking process.
Then on the day of the trip, we were informed 15 minutes before arrival that they were having an issue and had to send out another driver resulting in a 30–45 minute delay. This completely disrupted our plans, and with no guarantee on timing, we decided to cancel and requested a refund.
Despite the inconvenience being on their end, Travel Eaze responded saying the payment was non-refundable. No accountability, no proper customer service. Absolutely unacceptable.
This was a clear case of bad management and zero customer care. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with Travel Eaze.

HORRENDOUS COMPANY. Cancel a 55 seater less than 12 hours before it is due to leave! DO NOT USE ABSOLUTE JOKERS

Do not use this FRAUD company. They will wait until 10 hours before your journey, at 21:36 on Easter Friday to cancel your 55 seater you have booked for 8am the next again morning. Terrible company, terrible customer service. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Do not use this company. If it is even a company. We booked a 33 seat coach for a day trip to Manchester but were sent a 22 seat vehicle that was too cramped for our needs. I asked for a partial refund but have been ghosted by their representative Steven Cook and the company. I am taking them to the small claims court as they have not given me any other option.

Absolutely dreadful booked weeks in advance then an email the day before 10 people were due to travel they emailed and said they cannot do it for the price that had been paid and agreed. I recommend not using these as they are unreliable and not true to their word. We now have to rush round to find another company to do the journey . Disgraceful

I used traveleaze for our airport transfers and trips for our stay in London and honestly me and my friends have no complaints, the price was higher than the usual rate because we used luxury 8 seater and we do not regret spending the extra cash , the vehicle was very clean and equipped with an ac and tables as well as a fridge , Amy made sure I got exactly the minibus I wanted to hire so I’m thankful for her patience and attentiveness Would definitely use again when we visit !!

I recently enjoyed a great tour for 4 days all around the UK arranged by Travel eaze , I’d like to thank Amy for being helpful . I’d highly recommend them !!

I had a good experience with Traveleaze. We booked the executive 16 seater , it was nice and spacious , also Amy was helpful and communicative throughout. The service was reliable, and I’d recommend them.

I was initially uncertain about booking with traveleaze for my 4 hour trip but I’m glad I decided to go with them .the booking process was simple and the driver was polite also the vehicle was clean and comfortable. Amy was patient with me through the phone offering me a discount . The price was reasonable for a round trip with driver . Would recommend!!

We used this service for a 3 hour journey each way. Everything went well. I was concerned about a negative review left by another customer recently and asked if this is likely to happen to us. Amy assured me that we will be looked after, provided good communication and the trip went to plan, no complaints to the passengers and the value was good for money. Thanks a lot!

Absolute terrible company- do not use!
We booked a minibus that never showed up for our charity work event. Paid in advance in full.
We called the company and the driver with no response. We had to pay out £100's in last minute train tickets. When we finally spoke to them they have varying reasons as to why it never turned up and no one could give a clear answer. One week later and I am still waiting on a refund. No compensation/nothing offered. Would never use again.

These broker are pests.

They source all the work out from local companies.

I’m getting no end of calls from their agents.

t was great! The driver was super lovely and ended up waiting during the time we were at the event and so when we finished earlier he was there, which was much better for us.
Nice clean new minibus, would recommend/ book again! Booked an 18 seater for 16 of us, which was the most reasonable
