This tour through Morocco, via Spain was just what I wished for. A few long days, more than enough rest. Well planned and organised. This is highly recomended if you want to experiance morocco on a motorcycle. Also get a good view of spain. No back up Hilux makes it all the more fun. Your guide is helpful, has numbers and contacts and assists with any problems you may have. It was an excellent couple of weeks.

Was on the april-2026 Marrakesh trip and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had some tough conditions and Daraius went above and beyond to accommodate us, kept us updated on the route schedule & plan, stop points etc. He was calm, collected and communicated well. Some of the roads in Morocco and Southern Spain were stunning. Highly recommend.

Went on the colditz trip, amazing experience, the tour guide Daraius was very knowledgeable.I would recommend using his travel company. I will definitely be booking with him again!

I found this company on Google and was looking for a start of season ride. I largely ride on my own but felt the trip was interesting and group was small. I met the team on day one as a stranger and left day 9 with a group of like minded friends.

Daraius was a good guide and tried to meet everyone needs... if your new to europe trips and worried about ability, this is the company for you. Having said that you do need to be able to ride at least to the speed limits. If you are in the group and feel at times you want to have a blast, with this crew you can as the mapping provided is accurate and can always meet rest at next way point. Couple of days I decided to do my own thing and rejoined the in the evening, which was totally acceptable.
Hotels were of a ok standard, all provided secure parking and provided a hot shower and nice food. Remember these trips are about riding....

I hope the friends I've made will remain friends and I will have no hesitation in booking another tour or recommending them. Good value for money and nice small group size... 👍👍👍

Just gotten home from the Escape from Colditz tour.
Well organised and enjoyable.
Got to see a lot of places I've never been before and rode some fantastic roads with fantastic scenery. Good accommodation and regular breaks for leg stretches and coffee breaks.
Met some great people on the tour and that made it all the better.
Recommended.

This was my first trip of this kind but the pre-trip information pack was very useful.

Everything was well organised and the tour leader was very knowledgeable. The tour leader was also very flexible and made adjustments for individuals while still keeping the group together and happy.

Anyone wanting to give this a try I would recommend investing in a Cardo intercom system. I didn’t have a compatible intercom so felt I missed out on some information during rides.

It was a lot of riding on some fantastic roads but regular fuel stops for the body and the bike broke it up into manageable sections.

On day one I met up with a lot of strangers and parted 9 days later with a lot of new friends. What more could one want!

This is second time I have been with Moto travel dude. This time it was through Germany and we visited Colditz which was one of the stop off points. This was an experience which you should not miss.
Going in march was a bit of a worry with regards the weather. I did pray for good weather and we were rewarded with 6 days. If I had had forethought I would have invested in thermal riding gear, if anyone does Europe in the beginning of the year then get some because I didn’t realise it was so cold at this time of year.
Daraius , looks after you whilst on the tour , a couple of the riders had problems and he was there to sort them out .
The hotels we stopped in were of a good quality and fitted the bill of what we were doing.
Just a quick note to finish on is your level of riding ability . These tours are based on challenging roads that an experienced rider will be more than capable of dealing with. If you are a newly qualified rider or one that likes to ride slowly then these tours may be not for you . Whilst we stay within the speed limits some riders may find this difficult to keep up with when we are on the more challenging roads.

Not long past my test got puncture on second day what Daraius kindly fixed it was my first time in Europe the trip was very well organised by Daraius had an amazing time and will definitely be going on more of his trips

This was my first guided motorcycle tour. I wanted to have a real sense of adventure and after much research I decided a trip to the Western Sahara would provide me with what I wanted. I looked at several tours and chose to go with Daraius of Moto Travel Dude. I liked his YouTube videos and his ethos of staying in locally owned Riads and Kasbahs where possible, thus ensuring locals benefitted from our trip.

Daraius is very easy to deal with and booking was very simple. Nearer the departure date he provides a full itineray with routes included. It's a very relaxed tour and you are free to do your own thing if you want. I was part of a very good group of guys who got on well from day one.

I can thoroughly recommend Moto Travel Dude and will travel with Daraius again on one of his other tours.

Morocco Sept-Oct 2025!! Wow, what an adventure and experience. A small (5 total) and relaxed group, expertly led by Daraius as we navigated our way from our meet-up in Portsmouth, on and off ferries, through Spain, then into and around Morocco. And then all the way back again! With a great knowledge of the roads in Morocco, and our overnight stops, we never encountered any issues that Daraius couldn't quickly resolve. Truly some of the best roads I've EVER been on.
Daraius is an excellent guide and I've no hesitation recommending MotoTravelDude. It's all arranged, all you need to do is ride!

Thoroughly enjoyed a fantastic trip to the Sahara desert in Morocco, leaving on 19 September and returning 6 October. A group of five riders, including our guide Daraius, took the ferry to Santander, where we had the only rain on the trip. We sped through Spain over two days on a mix of limited motorway and brilliant A roads. We then had an early start to catch a ferry to Tanger Med, Morocco from Algeciras. Morocco was were we all had a brilliant time in that amazing country. We camped in the Sahara and took a camel ride. Morocco has some amazing roads with outstanding twists, turns and hairpins. Accommodation was good, food was delicious and the weather was great. We saw many interesting sites and cities/towns. We returned back through Spain where we spent a further three nights and then had a final night on the ferry back to Portsmouth. Can’t recommend it enough.

Joined this tour after much deliberation. Could seem to decide whether to do my own thing or try out a tour with strangers. Anyway bit the bullet as felt that it’s safer in every way if you’re part of a group and good to have like minded individuals to share tales with each day and evening. Group bonded real well and was led by Darius who had clearly put a lot of time and experience into all the details for this trip. Another good thing is that his attitude was not regimental and if anyone wanted to do their own thing and meet up with the group later, that was fine
We visited several countries and rode some great routes which enabled us to see some amazing sights.
So don’t delay like me - just do it

What a fantastic trip. Meticulously planned through spectacular roads and scenery. Properly led and managed throughout. An utter treat.
