Urwa listened to my needs, offered choices and she suggested the most favourable and affordable priced ticket which was available which I accepted.

This must be a scam ,I paid £100 deposit and later changed the fare without notice and forced me to accept the new fare or risk getting £47 out of my £100.The customer service us pathetic, very rude customer service agents.The reasoning is pathetic and the language is a challenge. I will never recommend anyone to such scanners instead will go down with this issue if it means losing it all I will but setting record straight.Have met such trash...

Don’t trust them. They found an airfare on the route I wanted. I paid £100 deposit. They told me shorty afterwards that the seat was not available but they refused to refund the £100. They offered different seats at much higher prices (hmmm) which of course I declined. Carried on for months and still no refund.

This is my second time of using this agency to plan my trip and it has always been a wow experience especially from Abraham who was always there with solutions to all bottlenecks encountered during the process.Abraham is always patient with his customers and pays detailed attention to every instruction and always gets it right the first time. I strongly recommend this company for all your travelling plans.

Absolutely a disaster !
They provided me with a price at first then it changed , plus they could offer only a stop over flight instead of a direct , telling it was only a stop over of 5 hours instead of 8h.
They only gave us a voucher of £150 back to each of us for the discomfort caused .
Then on my way back from my holiday I found out they never included a 23 kg suitcase for the 3 of us and ended up paying £300 on top on my way back .
Terrible service they don’t follow the procedures and they are trying to blame on you

Abraham getting good prices for our flights Shanghai also what was amazing getting flights non-stop going and all so flights back with one stop, which is no biggie so get back in the same day .

Urwa was very helpful.i geve a 4 because the original price was changed next time I go to BA to buy my ticket it's the same price there are cheaper

I knew what I wanted, my travel dates, airline and flight details, allI needed was for someone to make it happen.

I had not used this company before, but it was mentioned to me by a friend.
.Abraham, listened carefully to my request and then politely and respectfully offered me alternative and sometimes cheaper options to consider. He wasn't pushy, rude or forceful, but clearly knew his job and wanted me to get the best, most cost effective deal possible.

Once, he understood that I was very specific regarding my travel arrangements, he did everything possible to make them happen in a most emphatic and respectful manner.
Abraham made sure that I was fully aware and involved during the whole process and always returned my attenpted contacts, when he was otherwise engaged.

Overall I was very satisfided with the efficient and appropriate service from this company.

My experience was really good. Urwa the travel agent worked really hard to make sure I got the right tickets to suit my needs. She went above and beyond to also get compensation from a different airline as well ☺️. I would highly recommend her service as she truly does a really good job catering for the needs of her clients. I have booked a flight ticket with them and my experience so far have been great and productive...customer service have been excellent and carefully dealt with with (Urwa) has she has handled my queries perfectly and few friends have said the same.
