Absolutely awful. Be very cautious before wasting any money on this. It never worked the entire time I was in Europe and every time I reached out for help they would give me directions which I followed, and it still never worked. Then they just ghosted me

Hesitant But No More!
I was really hesitant about using orange for an upcoming trip, but looking at all of the reviews, and now having my own experience with them, I know it was the right decision. I just signed up for service about 24 hours ago and was having issues with my data and getting online. I sent a message through the chat and got connected with a representative named Christian. All throughout the conversation, they kept making sure I was at ease and stayed with me through all of the steps that we needed to do in order to get things resolved. It’s not every day you chat with someone who is so personable and patient, and Christian truly had that in spades. If this is the type of service I am able to receive as a prepaid customer, I look forward to converting my service over to Orange as a contract customer as well!

Good Troubleshooting
I had issues installing my eSIM and Michaela was very helpful. I panicked because I have an iPhone 16pro, which only supports eSIMs, but I kept getting an alert that said my phone carrier could not accept the eSIM. My phone is carrier unlocked and also when I dialed *#06# everything showed my phone was not the problem. I ended up learning that the issue was the QR code, and I had no issues installing the eSIM when I tried through the mobile app instead. I felt very dumb, but Michaela was very patient with me.
