This company is highly unprofessional and unreliable. The behavior of the owners, especially Shiv and Sawan, is extremely disappointing. In particular, Shiv’s attitude towards customers is unacceptable.

If there is any refund involved, they neither process it nor respond to queries. Customers are often left without any communication or resolution.

Additionally, they have a pattern of canceling trips at the last moment without providing valid reasons. When customers request refunds, instead of resolving the issue, they avoid accountability and fail to provide proper answers.

I strongly advise others to be cautious and think twice before booking with this company.

In typical language you can say them a "Chor Company"
They hired me as a digital marketing executive then just in a month, they asked me to leave the company due to coronavirus, okay that's fine. But they didn't give the salary for that month also.
After reaching them again and again after few months they gave only 10k thousand while my salary was decided 15k.
Even today I'm following all of them (Shiv Arora & Vijay Arora & their Father Parvesh Arora) they're not willing to give any remaining penny.
Shiv has blocked my over whatsapp, Vijay has blocked me over call.
Now today Shiv has said, there is no remaining amount of you & we're not gonna pay you anything. As a proof I'm attaching the screenshots.
Not only me they've not paid anything to 2 more employees over there, Mamta & Rajesh.

Other than this:
Environment was very unprofessional over there, They are 3 brothers Shiv, Vijay & Sawan, they abuse each other all time. One should never work here.

Thanks to Mr. Sawan for customised itinerary and full coordination. I am fully satisfied and contented with the services provided by Travel DMC. 10/10 overall for everything. Highly recommended team to really on.
