Ordered 3 table lamps that took an exaggerated time to arrive. Price quality extremely low. One of them isn't working and nobody is answering my mails. The telephone number is out of service. Had I read the reviews first I would never had ordered anything from this company.

This company does not look serious
This company does not look serious. I try to return a backpack and have already sent 4 emails to get the return form, either they ignore my emails or ask for the same information again and again.
Regarding the product itself, poor quality and smells really bad, so impossible to use. Of course made in China which is not mentioned anywhere. So be careful when you order from them.
Travel Detail, if you read this, check again your emails and send the required docs for the order 1413.
