I randomly bought a pillow at Wenzhou Airport—it's compact and incredibly practical. It has accompanied me to many countries and cities, and I really can't go without it. But one day, it deflated, so I contacted the after-sales service, and they quickly resolved the issue and replaced my pillow. So awesome!

Bought the inflatable pillow in Bali at the airport on route to Europe. It was faulty out of the box, which Ive noticed on board. Contacted support after a few weeks and got a replacement sent to my home. Great customer service for sure!

The service of travel blue is amazing, the warranty does work worldwide, in case there are problems, they don’t hesitate to provide best products they have. I have bought a pillow in Mongolia, but could use the warranty in Germany.
