Hello our booking flights accommodation and car rentals were excellent and prompt I can not fault any thing about our trip all their advise and info was awesome and weather was perfect

Tanya was amazing at helping me and my husband plan our trip to Fiji. Honestly couldn't have done it without her, she made the whole process seem easy and gave great recommendations and advice for our trip. 10/10 recommend and will defiantly use her to plan our next holiday!

Tanya at Chaffey and Turner planned the most special family holiday for our first ever holiday with our 6 month old. I have been arranging a trip through Tania from the Petone branch. I am based in Sth Island so it has been done all via email and Tania has been superb. She has been prompt and provided options where necessary. This trip was using Covid credits which she found us flights for without having to spend extra $$ which means more to spend when away!

Bridget has gone beyond her every day job to find the best deal’s she could find. Bridget has helped us feel we are in safe hands. Megan was a great travel associate to deal with and responded promptly to my queries.

Despite running the “ship” alone Natasha Warfield was calm under pressure, even when my pressure and insistent and I had managed to confound the technology. She was always pleasant and reassuring and stayed in contact even when pressure of work meant a couple of emails were automatic replies.

Tanya Chaffey at Travel Associates offers a very responsive service and listens carefully to my travel needs which are a combination of business and personal. When I needed an urgent change recently whilst part way through my travels, she was excellent at helping me achieve the best outcome. I would highly recommend Tanya for a personal, efficient and knowledgeable service.

Have had Megan as my travel agent for several trips now, and so it's good to work with someone who knows me. Always easy to book with her and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Our experience with Natasha was the best ever. She responded to emails promptly. I was very impressed on how she notified my husband regarding my flight that was delayed by about three hours on arrival. He met me at the airport at the right time. She made me feel valued and showed me that she cares for her customers.

This experience was out of this world all thanks to Natasha for making this a smooth and easy trip. The intenary was easy to follow and we had everything we needed to get from A to B. Definitely would recommend this trip and Natasha to anyone else. Love your work.
