Geen levering en geen communicatie

Geen levering en geen communicatie

Opgelet, wanneer je koopt bij traptreden-op-maat.nl dan krijg je een offerte van HandyStairs.com. De reviews daarvan spreken recentelijk boekdelen: geen levering en geen communicatie.

De levering is enorm vertraagd en de communicatie na bestelling is waardeloos.
10 weken zijn verstreken sinds de aanbetaling en we weten nog niet eens wanneer de treden gaan komen!
De beloofde 3-4 weken levertijd na aanbetaling is dus niet gehaald.
Je krijgt als je belt alleen een receptioniste die een terugbelnotitie maakt waar niet op wordt gereageerd. E-Mails worden sinds 14 november niet meer beantwoord. Op een aangetekende brief met ingebrekestelling wordt niet gereageerd. Hopeloos.
Op 16 december ontving ik een email waarin beloofd werd dat ik week 1 een leverdatum zou krijgen. Het is nu week 3 :-(
Ik ga de rechtsgang vervolgen om de koop te ontbinden en ons geld terug te eisen.
