Excellent, quick and helpful communication

I bought a badge from Transport Badges and Merchandise in August and after losing it on the train today reached out to them via email to see if I could get a replacement.

Although they didn’t have any in stock and aren’t making that badge anymore they reached out almost immediately to tell me of another small business who carried some of their old stock meaning I’ve been able to get a replacement!

Excellent customer service, thank you ☺️
