The service was amazing. I'm completely satisfied.

Absolute scam. Translation done completely wrong, not even the correct document translated including wrong names and dates. After multiple attempts at correcting it requested a refund, was denied. Absolute waste of money and time, had to get a proper translation from a different company. Absolutely unacceptable, what if I didn’t speak one of the languages the documents were in? I would have submitted a completely wrong document that claims something completely wrong!

They confirmed that they could do a sworn translation to Brazilian Portuguese that would be accepted by official government organisms in Brazil. I even asked to confirm for the specific organism and they did.

They DO NOT have sworn translation services for Brazil (Brazil government is very picky about how this is done).

They delivered something I couldn't use and I had to recur to TrustPilot to have my case attended since I was told the mistake was mine for hiring the wrong service (although I had received a custom offer).

In the end, they did provide a refund.

This is honestly the worst translator I’ve ever dealt with. I sent them a simple Russian document—two pages—and it took them two weeks to produce something that’s still full of mistakes. They ignored my comments, ignored my revision notes, and no matter how many times I pointed out issues—over 90 messages—the translation is still a mess. And after all that, they have the nerve to refuse a refund. Completely unacceptable and unbelievably unprofessional.

The service was superb, very quick and very good value. The translation was perfect. I would definitely use this service again if i needed anything transkated in the future.

This organization is poor in submitting the documents on time and they don’t response properly. And their work is not in a good quality and they are unable to send project on time. I had to check the translated documents many times but there are lot of mistakes in every time I review. The format is very bad and also most important details are missing. They do not refund money if the document is incorrect even it’s their fault. I don’t recommend this place

It was a simple translation which I emailed them of the Death Certificate of my Brother who died recently in Greece... Its a simple name, place, & date of death etc... They messed up the numeric date which didn't need any translation at all and declared him dead 3 months earlier & also at the wrong time... After pointing out their incompetence I decided to really check their new translation, & also discovered that the Extremely Important 'Security Identifier' number was wrong!!! They couldn't even, copy & paste it from the digital copy which would absolutely ensure that it is correct. They rather relied on the human error from typing it out... Considering Translayte is a reputable company that's deals with important Court Documents & Visas etc where Reference Numbers are Paramount... This is Extremely Unprofessional & Incompetent... They Would Not Offer me a refund but instead, a further delay by having someone else translate it & proof read... I have No Confidence in their work anymore.

Very disappointing experience. I requested an officially recognized Turkish–Portuguese translation, and only after the work had already started I was told that they could not provide a sworn translation for this language pair. Despite multiple questions from their side during the process — clearly showing they knew what was required — this crucial limitation was never communicated upfront. Their explanation felt inconsistent, and I was expected to accept only a partial refund even though the service did not meet the agreed purpose. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them.

I always use their service whenever I need one. Very serious with their work, friendly and effective (my goal and results).

Fast and reliable service.

Disaster, Spammers with fake documents first. After that that Tayo tried to take over permission instead of the translator - WHAT isnt allowed to him to sign or certify as a sworn translator. There are only AI and bots there- no real translators. They are AI cloud spammers.
