Food Festival

My two children took part in Food Festival at Traquair House recently. It was an all day event filled with activities, games and crafts finished off by delicious meal prepared by Food Punks.
They weren’t in a rush to go home at collection time and were telling us everything they’ve learned that day. (Mostly about which plants found in the forest are edible;) They looked at ease with all the leaders telling us about them and what activity they did with them. It was such a beautiful day and beautiful place too.
Lara, Shannon and Emily and Charlotte did a great job keeping them entertained for 7h!
Thanks to them their summer got a little bit more interesting 🙂🙂

Screen Printing at Birkhill

My son had a fab time at the Screen Printing Workshop recently, at Birkhill House. The workshop was carried out expertly in the safe environment of the beautiful Birkhill House. Lots of fun was had and he had a lovely t-shirt to take home. Highly recommended!
