This skrill service is very frustrating, I just created my skrill account a week ago and did the verification, my account was ready. I added money into my skrill account and I tried to make a transfer it shows error after that my account got restricted that same day for no reason, I followed the instruction by answering the questions they said I should via email, till today my account is still restricted. Is this how stressful someone has to go through with their money because we use skrill? Why Making things hard for people? Now my money is left there I can't access it because my account is restricted for no reason, why restricted a account that has been verified? Please it's been over a week, please fix my case and open my account now so I can access my money that was added there. This is bs, very frustrating, how can I use my own money? Don't tell me to contact support because they are very slow, I did many time its been a week now my account is still temporarily restricted. My case is #33476241 I'll be glad if you fix this issue right now

In 15 Jan i got suspension and another Skrill user at same time.
then we found Skrill removed a 750 USD transaction from the history as it didn't exist!
I received the transaction ID 6773806397 at 12 Jan
Then i sent transaction ID 6773883649 at 12 Jan.
Then in 15 Jan me and the receipent of this transaction 6773883649 got permanently suspension suddenly without any reasons.
Then Skrill removed the transaction 6773883649 from the receipient and they did not return the payment back to my Skrill wallet!
there's no single information or email or notification or message we received from Skrill or Paysafe about this action!
I sent multiple complains and i didn't received any answers from them under Case IDs: #33480711 / #33484103 / #33484159 / #33484636 / #33484637 / #33490870
6 Cases and they close every case without a respond or explaination!!!
How can i trust a company like this?!
Who can remove your Balance then suspend your account then close any case you open without giving you the right of explaination!

Over a month my dad Ferid Gibanovic have problem with Skrill restriction we send over 20 emails from they only answer automaticly that they are having a lot of requests and that we need to wait.We alredy wait over a month..... terrible experience honestly we do not know what to do anymore, money is still stack and from support they need 3 day to even reply on email.
If you have money on account there is no verification option they lock you account just like that, we tried to send money and we didnt receive any code for transaction now our money is stack on accoun.... they dont do anyhing to help...avoid Skrill people when ever you can!! Netteler or PayPall is way more easy to use,support is ok too
