Time to choose providers is too short
The time given to you to choose a provider is too short. In my case I needed one more day because I didn't have a bank account at that moment but was not given that extra time. As a result I had to give up the discount for direct debit and get a sub-optimal plan.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that. However, you only need to pick a supplier urgently in order to prevent disconnection. In your case, once you get they bank details, you can then select one of the higher discount plans.
Simple and straight forward
Initially when I tried to open the link in my mobile I could not explore the all available services and offers.
Then switched to laptop and with chrome browser I can able to choose available suppliers. Simple and straight forward. Loved their service.
