Google search suggests Transdirect due to partnership with PayPal and was recommended at the top of the list of companies, lived up to expectation, booked service collection 21st, next day collected. 21kg package from Adelaide to Victoria delivered within 2 days, fasted delivery experienced to date. However fees should be more competitive.
Placed an urgent booking at 10.30am to receive next business day delivery. I received an email at 12 to ask for a photo of the item which was immediately sent. After sending multiple emails all afternoon for updates I called at 4pm. Nothing had been actioned and my delivery was not picked up as stated. I now have to wait the entire weekend for it to be picked up on Monday. Never again! I have no confidence it will even arrive.

Transdirect has been one of the most frustrating logistics experiences I’ve dealt with. Packages were not delivered as promised, and when issues arose, there was no meaningful escalation, no ownership, and no urgency to resolve the problem.
Customer service is essentially a loop of generic responses with no real action. Problems are not escalated appropriately, follow-ups are poor to non-existent, and you’re left chasing updates for days while your deliveries sit in limbo.
For a company whose entire purpose is to manage deliveries, the lack of accountability is shocking. Delayed or missing packages, no proactive communication, and a complete failure to take responsibility when things go wrong.
If you value reliability, transparency, and basic customer service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This has cost me time, money, and unnecessary stress and I would not trust Transdirect with important or time-sensitive shipments.

Terrible outcome.
I've used them for multiple boxes over the years. I've had small pickup issues but overall it was as expected service, no complaints there.
The last package sent was rediculous, they billed me an additional $50approx due to the box being "larger than quoted."
I weighed and measured the package 3x and remain 100% confident it was exactly as entered. It's not my first rodeo, I've packaged 100's of boxes over the years and dealt with many freight companies so understand the importance of knowing the package details. For that reason, I've never been billed extra before.
This time though, they told me it was larger and auto billed $50 more. No proof, just auto billed. I didn't have the thought to photograph and proof my package details, didn't think I needed to when I was conservative in the sizes and weight provided to be safe.
Their response to my complaint is that the companies use very accurate measuring to work this out. When I ask for proof, they said they don't need to provide any but they expect me to provide proof it wasn't larger.
Lesson learned. Guilty until proven innocent. The fact you allow your contractors to add size to packages to pad their incomes without proof is crazy. If they want to bill more, how hard is it for them to photograph the proof of the error knowing the person will obviously contest it.
They are likely required to do this and lost the proof because it doesn't exist I can assume but don't want to face the music.
Follow the money, they earn more if they pad out a few packages here and there, easy to get away with obviously.
I haven't left a negative review on something in 10+yrs but this annoyed me so much here it is. Do better Transdirect and hold your contractors accountable to prove their additional billings. The blame still falls with you to allow them to do this without proof is crazy to place that burden on the client.

There was a bit of an issue where the pick up address was slightly different than we had previously been told, but I rang Transdirect who contacted the pick up address direct and had it all sorted. I had previously been stressed and this person really helped me.
