Top service in spite of a bug
I've used Transatel DataSIM before with no problems. Fast delivery and easy to use. My most recent trip, there was a system bug and my order didn't get completely processed and was discovered the day before I had to leave. Customer service responded very quickly and I had my refund the next day. The system bug is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.

data sim for caribbean islands
Needed a data sim for our annual trip to the Caribbean and this one claims to have good coverage across the islands. I use a mifi so didnt know how straightforward or not it would be to set up. Instructions are clear and I'm now good to go. Can't yet say how well it works but so far so good

Works Great!
I bought this sim to use while on holiday in the USA and I must say it worked perfectly for what i needed it for.
I mostly used if for google maps and now and again to check social media and emails.
There was even data left over after my trip.
This is a good buy if your traveling and it was so easy to set up.

Never got 4G and only got 3G in about half the places I visited I had bought two Sims but ended up giving 1 away to a crew member.

Bought the Caribbean package and I visited ten different islands and had good coverage most of the time. On islands that had poor signal coverage is the only time I had any problems. Overall very good I topped up once and that went through my PayPal no bother. I would use this again.

Carribean sim internet on phone
Having made sure all the Caribbean island I was traveling to were on the list. I put my sim card into the phone followed the instructions and it worked.
The first one Barbados and the 2nd one Bonaire worked well with no trouble. The rest of the islands Grenada, St Lucia, Dominica, Antigua, Saint Martin and Barbados on the way back did not work. I thought for the price it was a good deal. Internet on all these islands would have been great. I learnt by this if something looks to good to be true means don't do it
