The customer service rep was…

The customer service rep was knowledgable, patient with me, and helpful! I wrote his name on the survey that was sent to me after he assisted me, but I cannot be sure now-- I think his name was ERIC.
Also, I cannot recall the date we spoke, but was on or around May 6, I think.

The RMD process was simple and…

The RMD process was simple and straightforward. The paperwork and check was issued in less that two weeks. The personnel that I talked to were very courteous and friendly.

At first inquiring about my retirement…

At first inquiring about my retirement due to medical reasons I was extremely frustrated. I was not getting answers to my questions. I eventually spoke with a kind gentleman that walked me through everything and was able sign everything electronically. so I was all set until my employer gave your my separation date information. I used the app and website quite often and was very helpful in getting info i was searching for. Thank you!

The issue has not been resolved

The issue has not been resolved. The rep said that he would check on into the situation and get back to me by the end of the same week. I still have not heard back from Transamerica regarding funds that were deducted from my paycheck at my prior employer and which have not been applied or invested into my 401k account during the month of February 2026 and possibly the first week of March 2026.

Breath of fresh air

The customer service rep was a breath of fresh air in this age of not caring. Had 401K rollover issues and the issue was handled swiftly without attitude and professionally.
