I will never use this service again
I had tried to send $100 to my fiance in Turkey and once I submitted it they sent my money to someone else and now my fiance does not have no money to eat and I don't have no money to replace it. That was my last hundred dollars. I will never use your service again.

I have paid Transak for Bitcoin
I have paid Transak for Bitcoin. Four days later my order is still "processing". The Transak chatbot told me that "Your account is currently disabled. We have escalated your case to our Risk/Compliance team for further review.
The team will assess your account details and may contact you if any additional information is required.
Please note that this process may take up to 48 working hours."
How many days is that in real time?
I cannot find a way to speak to an actual human being at Transak. (Are there any?)
