Trying to get an hold of the delivery…
Trying to get an hold of the delivery person but no where to find a contact. I’m expecting a HomeWizard battery, which I can’t even follow since I don’t get the delivery card at my place. Driver keeps writing: left a card, person not home.
He is going to a wrong address for sure.
So frustrating that he doesn’t call me !!!!
Now not even sure if I will get my very expensive goods one day.
I took 3 days to deliver my package and I was not informed at all
On two consecutive days I waited for the driver to deliver my package. They did not turn up and did not inform me about it. On the third day I phoned the company (phone number was very difficult to find!) and told them I wanted to have a phone call half an hour before they arrived, so I could be home. I was just 5 minutes away from home when I got a phone call to say they were at my door and I wasn't home. The drive did not want to wait for me 5 minutes, so I told him to try the neighbours. ... He managed to drop my package one of the neuighbours' houses, but I am very unsatisfied about this transporter!

There is no option to reschedule the delivery when a personal receipt and signature are required during the work days. The indicated time for delivery is not being followed. We were at home, but the courier didn't show up at the indicated time, while it was later stated that nobody was at the address. Not really presentable for the courier company. Not really a reliable delivery service.

The item was due to be delivered yesterday. According to the track and trace it arrived the other side of Brussels at 10am but then nothing happened. I checked at 11pm last night and no delivery was scheduled. I checked again this morning and the delivery had been scheduled between 0700 and 0900 this morning. That clearly didn't happen. We did not hear the bell. Now I check and it said that they failed to deliver. Why not? I was in the whole day, did not leave the house! Clearly they were lying. Gadero chose them so Gadero is at fault for choosing such a useless delivery company. That's where my next review is heading. Hopefully Gadero will stop using this company and it will die a natural death as all sick things should.

Package was not delivered as the company is saying that no one was at home, but I was at home all day and at door I have video doorbell. There was no one coming even close to the door. Scam company, who dont care about customers.

ordered two items from two different firms, both went through tranmission and both orders never made it and now it is a hassle. Order will be delivered between 00:00 and 01:00 hrs ? Twice !!! Of course, never happened. I think it is a cheap sleazy cowboy company that just cash in and dont care. Terrible, avoid at all costs, waiting for two weeks now and customer service is a joke
I also blame companies who work with transmission transport company as they must know they are bad and yet continute to work with them.
If after the weekend nothing comes all orders will be cancelled. ( Belgium)
UPDATE
AFTER THREE WEEKS the deliveries came through ,today , on a saturday !!!! Out of the blue, without communication of course of any sort ..... lucky I was home and not walking dog or had to wait anohter week or so
Was planning to cancel the order on monday , had to wait 2 weeks for a stove and petroleum ( 1000 euro ) and a boardgame ( 3 weeks late !!! )
But, with a LOT of patience and perhaps a miracle, it came through, the chauffeur was very nice guy, so what went wrong , who will know, but this is very bad for trust and esp small business.
I will not give higher rating , transmission has its facts not in order. It is a mystery , maybe it was as the stove had seven heavy -20 kg - canisters, maybe that was the reason drivers did not want to take that call. Too heavy...I dont know, just thinking out loud

The worst delivery service EVER!
If I could, I would give a 0-star rating. After making a purchase on a Saturday of a car repair part, TransMission was tasked with delivering the part on a Tuesday morning (April 4th). I waited all day at home from Tuesday to Friday, and STILL haven't received delivery, nor any explanation. I've attached screenshots which I've just taken on Sunday, April 9th (a holiday weekend). This of course means that the EARLIEST possible delivery will be this coming Tuesday....meaning it'll already have taken FIVE business days (one week!) to make a delivery from Netherlands to Belgium! Also note that the delivery has now been passed off without my knowledge/approval to a second delivery firm Dina bv.. who appears to be equally bad. The day I was SUPPOSED to receive this part (last Tuesday), I placed an order for another part from China. I already have those parts, but yet am still waiting for something coming from 5 hours drive away!
Package will be delivered in December 2049!
Package was not delivered the first time. I made a new delivery appointment three times. Every time no delivery. I called with them. They had no idea what was wrong. Blaming a new IT system. New delivery planned in for next week, by then it will be two weeks waiting for this package. Fingers crossed it will come at some point. The online system says it will be delivered in 2049!!! Overall very unreliable.

Didn't ring the bell and broke the main door.
They didn't even ring the bell and just left the package in a position where our automated apartment door could not close anymore. All neighbors got annoyed because of my package and the main door didn't function properly for a few hours.

Do not trust this company or order anything from stores which uses Transmission as courier. Nobody knows where my order is and not just that but customer service told me the order doesn’t even exist. I order from Praxis and their supplier is ALPC sending with Transmission. They don’t know where it is also. So great work :) oh the most important: I have a tracking number of the order and it works online but it doesn’t exist when you call customer service of TransMission. Lol

The company put a note in that I wasn’t home, eventhough I was home all day. Now I had to make a new appointment, on which they did the same thing.
