I hired this firm to support my Canadian trademark application, hoping that working with professionals would make the process smoother. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

A critical office action was issued by the government in February, but I wasn’t informed until mid-July—nearly five months later. For a process with strict legal timelines, this kind of delay is unacceptable.

While the firm did eventually acknowledge the oversight and offered to waive their internal fees—reassuring me that we still had time to respond—the trust was already broken. I had already invested significantly more than I would have by filing directly, and what should have been a straightforward process became unnecessarily stressful. Friends who filed trademarks with other firms have shared much more communicative and efficient experiences.
