Great site amazing customer service

Great site cheap tickets. A company is made by it's customer service and I am so impressed with the speed of the reply and how they just resolved the issue. I had made a mistake in my email address and they corrected it so quickly. Highly recommend.

More people should use this site for cheap train tickets and nonpareil customer services

Cheap, easy to use

Booked tickets to go Kilmarnock-Liverpool return. Took a grand total of 5 minutes as website is so user friendly. £5 cheaper than Trainline for this trip, and £15 cheaper than another competitor. Will be using again!

5 star customer service from William in…

5 star customer service from William in the Support Team. Due to an emergency situation on the day of my intended return journey, I wanted to cancel my split ticket (already printed and collected from ticket machine on the day of my outward journey) and book for another day of travel. I emailed the support team and my request was responded to very quickly, with comprehensive details on my options.

The prices are great

The prices are great. Today I booked another return journey and had a problem when I checked out. I emailed the company and got a response very quickly. They found a bug in their software, fixed it immediately and let me know. Brilliant!

Poor service from TrainTickets.com

Train tickets email to me after booking tickets had the correct dates and destinations. However, when I was on the station waiting for the first train I realised some tickets were missing. Although I’d paid for these tickets. There was also mistakes about a return ticket saying not through Birmingham New Street station when that’s the way the Cross Country trains run. CHeck carefully when you get the email that all the tickets you need are available for where you are going.

I recently had an amazing experience with TrainTickets' customer service, and I just had to share it. From start to finish, their team was helpful, efficient, and genuinely caring.
I had an issue with a booking error on my part, However, their support agent, Micheal, was incredibly patient and resolved everything quickly.
What stood out most was their quick response time I got help within minutes via email. No long waits, no robotic replies—just real, friendly assistance.
If you’re looking for a train ticket provider that truly values its customers, TrainTickets is the way to go. Highly recommended!

Excellent service.

Having ordered my tickets I became ill and was unable to take my journey. A request to the company for a refund was met with an immediate positive response, minus a small admin cost. This is not the first time this company has helped me out with a difficult situation. They are responsive and very professional.

5 stars to William

After booked my train tickets online very easily, our flight got delayed and we missed our booked train. As we landed, I emailed to say we have missed the train and is there anything they can do to help us. I got a reply within minutes from a guy called William, helpful, polite and friendly. He assisted me in changing the train tickets and I got home without any further stress. I must also say it was the weekend and customer service did not drop. Fantastic service from William. Totally recommend booking your train tickets with them. Very easy and you get the tickets emailed directly to you.

Great firm - highly recommend

It’s a pleasure to use traintickets.com for my commute to London, they are reliable and always at hand when trains are delayed or cancelled. They offer competitive prices too. Special thanks to Morgan who is fantastic and offers great customer service. I will continue to use this firm, and specifically Morgan, to secure my train tickets. Thanks again, you are a level above the other firms with service.

Service was amazing, world record resolution time!

I stupidity entered the wrong email address. I sent at email at 8:30pm nor holding out much... but within 5 minutes yes 5 minutes 8:35pm my tickets were in my inbox and a reply from an extremely helpful Morgan.
The service was outstanding!!

Great service from Traintickets.com

Great service from Traintickets.com. I'd booked two return tickets from Liverpool to London for my wife and I, but my wife (a musician) was then booked for some freelance work, meaning that one ticket was no longer needed. I requested a refund for one of the tickets. Morgan dealt with it very quickly and efficiently, with options of how to proceed. He gave us a full refund, and I was able to rebook for just myself. Really well done.
