Brilliant walking/trekking poles
Brilliant walking/trekking poles! Just ordered a second pair as I'd misplaced the snow baskets for my first pair which have seen some serious action. They've been battered around and are still going strong. Great quality, sturdy and so quick and easy to adjust the height. Also love the info that comes with on how to adjust them. A useful reminder for me and very beneficial if you are a beginner. Highly recommend them.

Poles well constructed
Poles strong and well constructed and I like the grip closure instead of screw which I had on my other poles of a different make and which failed to hold after a time. I am mobility challenged with two replaced hips and some balance issues so also use these walking the neighborhood for good support. Good value.

A small faulty bolt on one clamp on the walking pole ,, asked for a replacement , web site claims they sort problems asap ,,, response was very quick , but to shift the response to make a return to Amazon is garbage

Fabulous Customer Service and Product support
I purchased a set of Aluminum CorkTrekking poles some time ago. I love these poles! They are easy to adjust for height, sturdy and very comfortable to use. I recently contacted the customer service because I had broken a wrist strap. The customer service representatives were very helpful, very professional and resolved my issue by offering a replacement pole. I will happily recommend this company and their product to all my friends and family in the future.
