I did enjoy using the company, electing to buy 2 folding garden chairs, one black and one blue!
The offer for the chairs was £59 each.
Sadly when I came to the payment section, I discovered that the blue chair was a lot more expensive.
Shame on you TRAIL.

Awaiting proof that the return policy is legit
Ordered 2 self inflating mattresses and a double sleeping bag which arrived within the stated time. However when opening one of the mattresses we discovered it was not self inflating. Informed Trail who asked for a video of proof or a photo - neither of which would show the problem, which I explained. I then decided as they have a 30 day money back returns policy, just to return them. I was sent a link for a return label which did not work. I contacted the company and they stayed they were having problems with their website and would contact me in due course. It all rather feels like stalling tactics, I have 2 weeks left now to return the items in order to get a refund. Which I do not have confidence that I will receive.

Complete camping set purchased
We wanted pretty much everything so we could go camping again. Looked around, checked prices and Trail came out best for quality, range of equipment and prices. Confirmation was so quick and delivery spot on. We are happy with our order, checked it out and looking forwards to our first trip next month.

Fast delivery, we have used the product now three times and it doesn’t even last a few hours now without deflating. Have to wake up in the middle of the night to inflate it back up.
Super disappointing.

Airbeds may soften after inflation due to material stretch, air temperature, or changes in air pressure. This shouldn’t be mistaken for a default this will be the same across all airbed. If you notice a drop in firmness, simply top up with air for optimal support. After an hour from Inflation.

The poles are excellent but too long
The poles are excellent, good quality, light, easy to assemble.
Unfortunately I’m only 5 foot tall and so they are far too long. To have my elbow at a right angle I’m holding the pole considerably below the strap. Is there any means of adjusting them for my height?
