My experience with Traditional Kilt was outstanding!! The quality of the 8-yard kilt was top-notch. The other accessories likewise. The fit was spot on. A slight delay in production due to the tartan availability, but they more than made good with a free fly plaid once delivered! I cannot give higher praise for customer service. I will be a returning customer.

I am so happy with my kilts. I ordered 2, one with an 8 yard upgrade, and one without. Both kilts far exceeded my expectations. I was afraid that the standard might seem a little light or thin, but I was happily surprised when I received them. Both kilts feel heavy and substantial. These are my first kilts and I am over the moon happy with what I received. These are amazing kilts for the price. The one thing I would do different would be on sizing. I have a bit of a belly (belly/naval measurement is 42”, and waist is 40”), so I order based on my belly measurement. If I were to do it again, I would order based on my waist measurement instead of belly as they are so similar.

High integrity, old world craftsmen and a pleasure to do business with. I have bought two kilts from this fine shop and could not be more happy with their skill and service. I highly recommend them.

Product was exactly as described. I went with a custom fit and the measurements were spot on. Fast shipping. All in all great product and I would highly recommend.

Pretty good, I would advise that even though there is a Muir Ancient tartan shown, there's only Muir modern tartan. After a little misunderstanding on that they were able to fire off a Muir modern ladies Kilt to match the one I purchased from them.

Horrible quality
Was a wrinkled mess when it arrived, it was more like an elementary school skirt than a kilt.
Customer service was equally as dreadful.

Honestly I was disappointed and skeptical when I realized my Scottish kilt was shipping from Pakistan (should have read the entire website.) That was until I received the kilt I ordered. It fit like a glove. I took the time to get my accurate measurements and the kilt was made exactly to them. Make sure you read the section of the website that shows you how to take the measurements. It's easy to follow and will ensure you get what you want. The construction of the kilt was also very solid, using sturdy fabric. All the stiches are straight and there are no frays.

The price point was great, too. I paid for expedited shipping and it actually arrived sooner than originally stated.

Highly recommend if you are looking for a custom kilt.

Friendly staff. i ordered a kilt that was a little bigger than i needed. they assisted me in doing a new measurement and gave me a discount to get the kilt size i actually needed. They are even sending it rush order free of charge.

I wrote a previous review about the quality of the products from Traditional Kilt. As I said then, the craftsmanship and the materials far exceeded my expectations. As I also said, I highly recommend this company.

In my follow-up communications with Traditional Kilt (more specifically, with Sufyan on their Customer Service team), I contacted them about a small matter regarding my order. To my astonishment, they fully addressed the issue within a week! Which was crucial for me because I was getting married 10 days before I contacted them. And keep in mind, they are in Pakistan (this was during a national catastrophe with flooding across the country) and I was in the US. They completely fixed the issue to my absolute happiness. Additionally, they also made a special design for a lady's sash for my wife in my clann tartan. Just unbelievable how great this company and Sufyan in particular were during that final crazy, stressful week before my wedding!

This is by far the best, most customer-focused company I have ever encountered. They are completely committed to making their customers happy. They really understand that giving each customer exceptional service and products is the path to long-term business success.

I encourage you to consider this company for all your kilt amd accessories needs and to forego the others on the web who seems - from my experience - much less interested in serving their customers even though you will pay anywhere from 4x-6x times more for their products (you can compare the prices yourself) of what seems to be identical quality.

Before you buy elsewhere, contact this company. You'll be glad you at least considered them.

This review is for a third order made with Traditional Kilt.
I had ordered a tartan kilt and it was shipped same day with the measurements I had requested. I'm not sure how they were able to ship so quickly but I did email them a few days before hand to notify them of my intended purchase so that might have had something to do with it.
The kilt had all measurements requested and was packaged securely. After three kilts purchased from Traditional Kilt, I am still unsure what material they use; it could be a wool blend or a high end PV. They guard their secrets well. Regardless, the kilts are very comfortable.

Great customer service! They were very knowledgeable and very open to helping me after I placed an order. I had a size issue and they helped me adjust it with no questions or issues. Can’t wait for my kilt!

Phenomenal quality and just absolutely awesome product. Even better pricing. I am so extremely happy with this kilt and I am in awe to the craftmenship. The only issue was communication at the begining about how long to ship but got the kinks worked out and was overall happy. Thanks
