Unreliable delivery. Tradeinn tell you a time, then it all changes and gets further delayed. You just cant rely on Tradeinn.

Do not buy from them to avoid any issues. It takes weeks to ship something and if you need a refund you will have to write many emails to get it. It's not worth your time and energy.

I placed an order on the 8th January. It showed the order posted on the following day and arrived at customs on the 11th.
No updates after that.
I got in touch with their customer service and they told me to wait. It's now mid Feb, there have been no updates on the tracking and the customer service is still telling me to wait and be patient. They are refusing to refund me.
Do NOT buy from them. It's simply not worth it.
Their customer service speaks no English (most of the messages are automatically translated from Spanish) and very unhelpful.

First the good. Great range of products.
Now the bad. Misrepresentation of products, complicated expensive returns, shipping charges even when you have spent more than £100! I ordered some shorts and I went by how they were presented on their website on the model. However when they arrived they were much shorter than on the model like about 4 inches or more! They were not the same shorts as advertised. They were the same brand Trangoworld, but a different version of the shorts than advertised. When I tried to return them after explaining in great detail twice, I was told they were the correct ones sent etc, (lies!) and it was £10.99 to return them. I was not happy about this, but I have returned them as they were totally unsuitable for me.
Ps. Tradeinn have lots of different 'shops' on their website, I ordered from their Trekkinn shop.

3 months to get a refund for an item that never arrived. Misleading, order dispatches from a different country, not UK and gets lost in transit. Terrible company, would not use again or recommend. Customer service delayed and unhelpful.

This company is terrible. I find myself in the company of many others like me who had a rubbish service with this company. I made two separate orders for shoe and I don't have the shoes of a refund. They addressed the parcels wrongly so they were returned but they have not refunded the money. I messaged them many times. The replies always came from an English name, even though the company is Spanish, but the messages are generic, written by a chatbot. On my account there is no record of my communications and responses are always sent as if there is no history. Stay away from these robots

Hard to deal with not good at communicating. After reading reviews I was very quick to cancel my order. I ain't holding out for a refund either. As do not belive them. Very shocked no one has closed this place down

Their website sent me a duplicate order, which occured as after paying with Klarna no confirmation was shown on the website. (So I placed another order with another payment method).
Tradeinn refuse to provide a return free of charge although a double order was made due to a website issue.

Worse experience ever! Returned 2 tyres and got refunded for 1 tyre! Now telling me only received 1 tyre,returned another parcel and no refund! Lost nearly £200 pounds beware of this company.
Worst Experience: Lost Package, Manipulated Tracking, and Useless Investigation
I placed an expensive order with Tradeinn three months ago, and I’ve had a nightmare of an experience since then. The package, shipped via PostNL, has never been delivered. The last tracking update was back in July, saying “the package is on the way to the country of destination.” After escalating the issue with PayPal, instead of helping, PostNL just changed the tracking date to October 1st with the same message, clearly trying to trick PayPal into delaying my refund.
On top of that, Tradeinn sent me files to sign just to start an investigation for a lost package, wasting even more of my time instead of taking responsibility or offering any real solution. I’ve been waiting for months, and there’s still no sign of my package, no refund, and no proper response from Tradeinn.
Avoid Tradeinn at all costs. Their customer service is a joke, they use unreliable shipping, and now I’m stuck in a loop of investigations, with zero help from their side. This has been a complete disaster from start to finish.

Trade Inn are scammers
Trade Inn are scammers! I ordered shoes, but the package was never delivered and was lost. Now I'm stuck with the costs even though every professional online shop has insured shipping. And the only thing Trade Inn tells you when you say you didn't receive a package is that they can no longer process your case. Under no circumstances buy there, but order from reputable shops!
Worst online shopping experience
This is the worst experience with online buying Ive ever had. I've ordered hiking shoes at the end of May, thinking they would arrive soon. Its the 9th of August and they still havent come. When contacting them about it they said that they will need to review the case with the delivery service. They have said that in June, later the same in July and now after 2 month the same thing again.
And the worst is that there is nothing really you can do about it. They a litteraly putting 100 euros on hold, stealing from me and from what I've read from the other reviews. I was very stupid to not go on trustpilot whilst ordering my hiking shoes.

I ordered trekking shoes early June 2024, 8 weeks later no delivery. POST NL was supposed to deliver it to Belgium. On Post NL tracking shows "in transit", still I asked for a refund and that company is just telling me that they are not responsible, the delivery company is responsible, so I need to fill in "forms".... Sorry, as a customer it's not up to me to deal with the subcontractor of my supplier. I ordered at Tradinn, not Post NL, so if Tradeinn knows that hte products are not delivered, just refund me. Stay away!!! and pay attention, Tradeinn, trekkinn,....all the same company

Very upset with this company. They have taken our money, not delivered our goods, and refused to refund us, or even reply to our messages.
It is so stressful and unfair dealing with this company. I wish I had read other reviews before spending hundreds of euros on sports items. It seems they take many customers' money and simply never deliver the goods. Even if you take their insurance, the insurance company won't reimburse you and just tell you to get the money back from TradeInn. What was the point in paying extra for insurance then?
I can't believe that this company can get away with robbing from so many people and be allowed to keep operating.
I have had to ask friends in Spain to file a police report to try to recover my money, but it is not easy. Does anyone know how we can recover our money using legal recourse if necessary? Any help would be greatly appreciated. STAY AWAY from them for the sake of your own wallet!
Beware - SCAM BUSINESS
Beware – SCAM products.
First of all, please note that this company scores approx. 32% (1.6/5.0) on Trustpilot UK, meaning that the vast majority of its customers are scammed, robbed, overcharged, do not receive products, etc.
In my case, an order of hundreds of euros from diving equipment was never delivered. The company refuses to reply, rectify its ‘mistakes’, or simply refund the amount stolen.
Worse yet, they sell insurance on their website………….but the insurance company does not reimburse you for so-called ‘lost products’, and claim that this is the responsibility of the trader, i.e., the insurance you pay for has no value whatsoever if the company ‘lose’ your products.
It seems like the TradeInn and the insurance company have an agreement to take customers’ money for both products and insurance, NOT deliver the goods, tell you to seek damages from the fake insurance they sell, then keep your money.
I have reported the matter to the relevant Spanish authorities and am personally in the process of pursuing legal action against such fraudulent and illegal behaviour.
DO NOT purchase online from the company. A little over a 30% chance you get what you paid for as independent reviews attest online.

Left a review yesterday about the worst customer service ever … forget “ Worst “ .. this website and their “ complaints team” should be sacked immediately . What a bunch or lying fraudluent thieves who cant help a customer in need .
. Today - their customer service was even worse- 15 emails later - and not one email answered by a “ human” who understood what my complaint was - I have no trainers; trade inn lied to royal mail about my trainers being delivered ( they were not delivered ) … and customer services say they will try and help me after my trust pilot review yesterday? Liars !

Ordered Snowboard, Boots and Bindings. All In Stock. After not receiving my order I spoke to them on their live chat and they said actually they didn’t have the snowboard in stock and were waiting for it from manufacturer. I requested they sent the boots and bindings which they refused to do till the board was in stock. This went on and on for a month. Finally they sent an email saying order is shipped.
Received boots and bindings. No snowboard. I’m still waiting for that. Apparently it is on its way. But clearly they have sent the parcels separately, so why on earth didn’t they send the boots and bindings a month ago?
Anyway the boots don’t fit. Too small despite using the size guiding, I’ve asked to swap them. My option is return for refund and re order. The issue with that is, the price of the boots have now increased! If they had sent the boots a month ago like I asked and asked, I’d have been able to try them on and replace them for the cheaper price.
So now I’ve still no snowboard and am going to have to pay more money for an item thanks to the company’s incompetence. I’d go elsewhere but struggling to find my size in other places.
The customer service is practically useless!
EDIT delivery of the boots is £9.99, the return label they provide is £79.99!!!! What an absolute joke!
