We understand how disappointing it is when a product listed as "in stock" takes longer than expected to process, and our support did not meet your expectations. We and all the other shops have nothing in stock. In the new shop, this will be gone, as China works differently. Here is everything JUST-IN-TIME:
You order today, we order today and it arrives tomorrow, or the day after, is tested and than shipped and therefore it is listed on the site, that it takes 2-5 days to be shipped. If you order on Friday, this can expand.
Rude customer support
I’ve placed an order a week ago and it’s not being processed. Customer support are super rude. I’m trying to understand what’s the status and if there are faster shipping methods and the answers are very impatient. So far very bad experience.
Update: order have processed today, after 9 days. Got a tracking code and overall seems okay. Customer support was still impatient and ruse. So i keep my rank low for now.

I checked your ticket and your order. Which was made on Saturday on 02.05, it was in processing on the 04.05, which is monday and since than is not moved forward.
This is strange and usually means it isn't good available. Color, RAM, manufactures have some problems right now. I don't know what you mean with "the other replies" but it can happen, that a product is not good available. The processing time of 3-5 days means, that it can take sometimes this long, as everything is done in China JUST-IN-TIME, there is no stock.
But I will have a look and hopefully it wents faster through.

It's already been a month since I placed my IOLBKNJJT order and I still haven't received anything. My package has been stuck for two weeks and I haven't received any refund from tradingshenzen. My advice is to absolutely avoid this site because I'm no longer getting any response from them. €1200 for the phone call!!! I still have all the emails proving that the refund hasn't been processed and the order hasn't been delivered!!!!
I want a refund. You said by the end of the week the problem would be resolved, and I still haven't received anything. You owe me €1200.

Your concerns are completely valid, and we want to make this right immediately. As already answered was your package on the 14.04 in delivery and since than it is lost.
I understand your frustration and the bad think is, we made everything right, our logistic company in China made everything right, moved it to the local company, usually your local post in your country and they messed it up. Sadly you are now mad on us, your reputation from us is baseed on your local post ability to deliver a package. That is our business and we are doing this since 10 years with success. You can be sure, that in all this years every customer got his package or his money, but it can take some days. Now our logistic, logistic company in China and local post have ti clear this situation and this takes a little bit. I am sorry for that time, but it will be solved soon and you will get your money back. So nothing is lost for you, just for us, we loose 1200€ because your local post messed up. So be mad at the post.
Vivo X300 Ultra
I recently purchased the Vivo X300 Ultra along with the G2 Ultra Photo Kit, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. The phone itself is incredibly fast, features a stunning display, and delivers top-tier performance for everyday use.

Easy to order and the communication upfront and during the shipping process is great. I ordered my Oppo on April 23rd and it was delivered at house on May 2nd. Great experience and there will be a next time for sure.

Haven't received my package yet but the whole experience has been great. I have encountered a couple of problems while paying but managed to work it through. The prices are really good too. Haven't gotten anything about a fee or anything, and I'm hoping it'll stay that way because I heard there's some problems with those.

Buyers in the US beware this company is a total scam if your planning on returning anything back to them. I returned a broken phone on arrival I had to pay $190 for return shipping with DHL the seller guaranteed to refund me in full. When it came down to refund the shipping seller said no it was to expensive which I clearly told him what the price was before I shipped the device back. This place is a TOTAL SCAM STAY AWAY
