Hands down, the best journaling software.
Constantly adding new features and developing the software capabities

i was experiencing something i couldn't explain, but step by step and with patience, the staff listened to me and helped me out to the point i can now create my own strategy

The support was awesome. They didn't quit until they figured out why I was having an issue with my charts in my journal.

Human support is very quick to respond and always very kind and empathetic. They tackle the problem you have effectively without unnecessary time-waste. Particularly i want to express my gratitude to Marl, who helped me solve a problem with software and money charge.

I have been using Tradezella for several months and it has absolutely become and invaluable tool for my trading! The journaling and the stats that are compiled are very detailed and concise! It has really helped me hone in on the setups that work the best for me, and which ones need to be let go of, all based on facts and stats. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate! Highly recommend!

I was experiencing errors and was unable to post my entries, so I contacted customer support. Marl assisted me, and the way he guided me through the situation and helped resolve the issue completely was truly remarkable. Thanks to his efficiency and patience, I was able to post my entries correctly without any further problems.

Tradezella has a lot of potential but also a lot of bugs.
From duplicating all copying and pasting when journaling, to randomly changing formatting in the journal between days to bugging out on limit order executions backtesting.

If they sort out these bugs, then it's worth the price but at this stage I wouldn't recommend paying for it.
Strongly recommend a free journal on Notion and using FXReplay for backtesting.

The support team is pretty unhelpful too, I've reached out to them and all they repeatedly tell me is to clear my cache, which does not fix the issues.

I was having trouble with Tradezella as well as not expecting to grow so many accounts so fast. Marv not only stopped me from cancelling but kept me for life with his incredible, over the top customer service. The way they took care of me, they won me for life. I’ve had a very positive experience using TradeZella. The platform is extremely well designed and clearly built by people who understand traders and real trading workflows. The analytics are powerful yet easy to understand, and the way trades are broken down really helps identify strengths, weaknesses, and patterns that would be hard to see otherwise.

What I appreciate most is how clean and intuitive everything feels. Importing trades, reviewing performance, and tracking progress is smooth and efficient. You can be sure that most of the comments here on Trustpilot are bots, no way this platform is a 5 of 5. The platform offers terrible limit order executions and scaling does not work like it should, look elsewhere if you are a serious trader.

Although they do not currently support my broker for auto-sync of trades, their customer service is quick and supportive. I was able to acquire a refund for my subscription once I realized that my brokerage was not compatible. Once they implement my brokerage, I will certainly be back and will gladly be a customer.

Great customer experience

I’ve been using TradeZella, but it stopped working for me this month. I raised a support request via their chat two weeks ago, and I’m still not getting a real resolution—only generic replies like “Thank you for your patience.”

What’s most concerning is that this is not even a P1 issue, and after two weeks, support still hasn’t been able to diagnosis or confirm root cause. The agent’s updates suggest the issue is still “being reviewed,” with no technical progress, no actionable next steps, and no ETA.

This has impacted my ability to track and review my trades properly. I expected at minimum a clear troubleshooting path, a technical escalation, or an estimated timeline — but none has been provided. Not acceptable for a paid tool.

If TradeZella resolves the issue and improves support follow-through, I’d be happy to update this review.
