Getting the product was very efficient …
Getting the product was very efficient however the postage/shipping was very misleading, despite having entered my address as Ireland the costs for shipping that were offered to me did not reflect the fact it was outside GB.
Therefore I had to make an additional payment of 15.00 stg.
In my opinion this is very misleading, considering your web site even came up with our counties in Ireland from which I had to choose one so surely shipping prices should reflect this information

Consider the FREE postage option
Bought two UFH controllers in two separate transactions. There are some quicker postage options at quite considerable additional cost. I wasn't in such a massive hurry to require the quick postage so I elected for the FREE postage option which proved to be excellent value as the controllers turned up merely two days later in each case.

Don't bother looking anywhere else.
Excellent website backed up by enthusiastic employees. There are so many businesses out there selling this stuff but this company have struck the perfect balance of quality, price and variety of stock on offer.
With so many local merchants struggling to understand the UFH market it is no surprise that installers like myself have turned to a company like the Underfloor Superstore despite the fact they are hundreds of miles away.
